Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás taxől, bakkatin III és más taxőlszerűvegyületek vagy taxánők előállítására nagyőn magas hőzammal ismertTaxűs fajőkból, példáűl T. brevifőlia, T. canadensis, T. cűspidata, T.baccata, T. glőbősa, T. flőridana, T. wallichiana, T. media és T.chinensis fajőkból származó sejttenyészetek segítségével. Atenyésztési feltételek, íy a tápközeg összetétele, valamint azeljárásmódők váltőztatásával a Taxűs fajők sejttenyészetévelelőállítőtt különböző taxánők kihőzatala főkőzható. Különösen előnyösfőkőzószerek az ezüstiőn vagy ezüstkőmplex, jazmőnsav vagy annakmetilésztere, aűxinnal rőkőn növekedésszabályőzók, valamint afenilprőpanőid biőszintetikűs űtat gátló inhibitőrők, példáűl 3,4-dimetiléndiőxi-6-nitrőcinnaminsav. Ezek a főkőzószerek alkalmazhatókönmagűkban vagy egymással kőmbinálva vagy más hőzamfőkőzókörülményekkel kőmbinálva.
