Abstract

본 발명은 주목나무에서 유리된 식물세포의 세포배양에 의한 항암물질인 탁솔 및 그 유도체들을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은 새로운 종류의 주목나무를 이용하여 높은 생산성으로 탁솔을 제조하는 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명은 주목나무의 살아있는 조직을 캘러스 유동용 SH고체배지에서 배양하여 캘러스를 유도하고 현탁배양할때, 일리시터를 첨가하여 세포내 쟈스몬산을 증가시켜 고수율로 세포배양함을 특징으로 한다.
얻어진 탁솔은 항암제로 유용하게 사용된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 주목나무의 살아있는 조직을 캘러스 유도용 SH고체배지에서 배양하여 캘러스를 유도하고 현택배양할때, 일리시터를 첨가하여 세포내 쟈스몬산을 증가시켜 고수율로 세포배양함을 특징으로 하는 탁솔의 고수율 세포배양 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 주목나무가Taxus caespitosaNAKAI,Taxus mediaHICKSII,Taxus mediaANDERSONII,taxus mediaHUNNEWELLANA,Taxus mediaVERMEULEN,Taxus mediaROBUSTA,Taxus mediaTRRANDIDOLIA,Taxus mediaKELSEYI 및Taxus baccataPENDULA임을 특징으로 하는 탁솔의 고수율 세포배양 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 일리시터는 효모 또는 곰팡이로 부터 추출한 것임을 특징으로 하는 탁솔의 고수율 세포배양 제조방법.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 곰팡이로 부터 추출한 일리시터는 Phytophtora megasperma의 세포벽 추출 일리시터임을 특징으로 하는 탁솔의 고수율 세포배양 제조방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 쟈스몬산을 배양세포에 직접 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 탁솔의 고수율 세포배양 제조방법.
