Abstract

본 발명은 택솔의 대량생산을 위한 택서스속 식물세포의 반연속식 배양방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 반연속적 배양방법은 택서스속 식물세포의 배양도중 당을 첨가하여 거듭 배양한 다음, 배양액의 일부를 새로운 세포 배양배지로 재희석하고 다시 배양하여 택솔 생산의 새로운 사이클이 시작되도록 하고, 나머지 배양액은 다른 발효조로 옮겨 다시 당을 첨가하고 배양함으로써, 택솔 생산 식물세포를 배양하는 방법인다. 본 발명의 반연속식 배양법을 이용하여 택서스속 식물세포를 배양하면, 미생물에 의한 오염을 방지하면서 택속을 생산하는 식물세포를 고수율로 배양할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. (i) 택서스속(Taxus genus) 식물세포의 배양개시와 함께 배양액에 대하여 1 내지 10%( w/v)의 당(sugar)을 첨가하여, 5 내지 30일 되는 시점까지 배양하는 공정; 및, (ii) 전기에서 배양된 총 배양액의 1/10 내지 1/2(v/v)을 다른 발효조로 옮겨 공정 (i)을 반복시키고, 나머지 배양액에는 0.5 내지 10%(w/v)의 당을 첨가하여 택솔의 생산이 최고로 되는 시간까지 배양하는 공정을 포함하는 택서스속 식물세포의 반연속적 배양방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 택서스속(Taxusgenus) 식물세포는 택서스 브레비폴리아(Taxus brevifolia), 택서스 카나덴시스(Taxus canadensis), 택서스 쿠스피다타(Taxus cuspidata), 택서스 바카타(Taxus baccata), 택서스 글로보사(Taxus globosa), 택서스 플로리다나(Taxus floridana), 택서스 월리치아나(Taxus wallichiana), 택서스 메디아(Taxus media) 및 택서스 치넨시스(Taxus chinensis)로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 택솔의 생산이 최고로 되는 시간은 배양개시 후 30 내지 60일 경과한 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
