Claims (15)
1. Postupak brzog formiranja geliranog fibroina svile, obuhvaća izlaganje fibroina svile obradi koja se sastoji u primjeni ultrazvuka kroz vrijeme od oko 5 sekundi do oko 60 sekundi kako bi počelo geliranje, gdje u biti do formiranja geliranog fibroina svile dolazi u manje od 24 sata nakon obrade ultrazvukom.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje do formiranja geliranog fibroina svile dolazi u manje od dva sata nakon obrade ultrazvukom.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se fibroin svile gelira u vremenskom razdoblju u rasponu od oko pet minuta do oko dva sata nakon obrade ultrazvukom.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, 2 ili 3, gdje obrada dalje obuhvaća otopinu soli, gdje otopina soli po izboru sadrži ione izabrane iz skupine koja obuhvaća kalij, kalcij, natrij, magnezij, bakar, cink i njihove kombinacije.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je fibroin svile u obliku vodene otopine čiji je pH oko pH 4 ili niži ili je oko pH 7,5 ili više.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, gdje je sol kalij, koncentracija soli je manja od 100mM, i pH otopine soli je oko pH 4 ili manje.
7. Postupak kontrole vremena geliranja fibroina svile pomoću uporabe postupka prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4 gdje fibroin svile prolazi značajno geliranje u roku od oko dva sata.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, gdje se vrijeme geliranja kontrolira preko amplitude ultrazvuka i koncentracije otopine fibroina svile.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7 ili 8, gdje se vrijeme geliranja kontrolira preko koncentracije otopine fibroina svile i koncentracije otopine soli, i po izboru,
gdje je koncentracija fibroina svile 4wt% ili niža, otopina soli sadrži ione kalija i koncentracija otopine kalijeve soli je u rasponu od 20mM do 100mM.
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, gdje se vrijeme geliranja kontrolira preko koncentracije i pH otopine soli, i po izboru,
gdje otopina soli sadrži ione kalija, koncentracija otopine kalijeve soli je u rasponu od 20mM do 100mM i pH otopine je pH 4 ili niži.
11. Postupak kapsuliranja barem jednog sredstva u fibroin svile, obuhvaća:
dovođenje u doticaj otopine fibroina svile s obradom pomoću ultrazvukom kroz vrijeme od oko 5 sekundi do oko 60 sekundi radi započinjanja geliranja; i
uvođenje sredst(a)va u otopinu fibroina svile prije nego što dođe do značajnijeg geliranja u otopini fibroina svile;
kako bi se dobilo sredstvo kapsulirano u fibroinu svile.
12. Postupak kapsuliranja barem jednog sredstva u fibroin svile, obuhvaća:
uvođenje sredst(a)va u otopinu fibroina svile; i
dovođenje u doticaj otopine fibroina svile s obradom pomoću ultrazvukom kroz vrijeme od oko 5 sekundi do oko 60 sekundi radi započinjanja geliranja;
kako bi se dobilo sredstvo kapsulirano u fibroinu svile.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11 ili 12, gdje je sredstvo terapijsko sredstvo ili biološki materijal, ili oboje, i/ili
gdje je sredstvo barem jedan biološki materijal izabran iz skupine koja obuhvaća stanice, proteine, peptide, nukleinske kiseline, PNA, aptamere, protutijela, hormone, faktore rasta, citokine, enzime, antimikrobne spojeve i njihove kombinacije, i/ili
gdje je stanica ne-embrionska matična stanica, i/ili
gdje se medij za stanični rast uvodi u fibroin svile s biološkim materijalom, i/ili
gdje je sredstvo terapijsko sredstvo izabrano iz skupine koja obuhvaća male molekule, lijekove i njihove kombinacije.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12 ili 13, gdje se u biti geliranje događa u roku od oko 2 sata, i/ili
gdje se u biti geliranje događa u vremenu u rasponu od oko pet minuta do oko dva sata, i/ili
gdje obrada dalje obuhvaća otopinu soli, i/ili
gdje je fibroin svile u obliku vodene otopine čiji je pH oko pH 4 ili niže ili je oko pH 7,5 ili više.
15. Biološki materijal kapsuliran u fibroin svile na način prema postupku iz zahtjeva 12 i 13, za uporabu kao proizvod za dopremu bioloških tvari.
