Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hochdruckreinigungsgerät (10) mit einem Gehäuse (14, 16), das eine Motorpumpeneinheit (12) umgibt, die einen flüssigkeitsgekühlten Elektromotor (38) und eine Pumpe (44) umfasst, wobei die Pumpe (44) einen Saugeinlass (46) und einen Druckauslass (50) aufweist und wobei dem Elektromotor (38) zu dessen Kühlung Flüssigkeit zuführbar ist, die anschließend von der Pumpe (44) unter Druck gesetzt wird. Um das Hochdruckreinigungsgerät (10) derart weiterzubilden, dass es eine geringere Geräuschentwicklung aufweist, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass der Elektromotor (38) als lüfterloser Asynchronmotor ausgestaltet ist und die Motorpumpeneinheit (12) über schwingungsdämpfende Pufferelemente (84, 86, 110, 112, 114, 116) gelagert ist, wobei das Gehäuse (14, 16) Abflussöffnungen (126, 128) aufweist, deren gesamte Öffnungsfläche bei einem Schallleistungspegel des Hochdruckreinigungsgerätes (10) von maximal 78 dB(A) 3000 mm2 nicht überschreitet, wobei über die Abflussöffnungen (126, 128) im Falle einer Störung des Hochdruckreinigungsgerätes (10) Flüssigkeit aus dem Gehäuse (14, 16) herausfließen kann.
