Körnchen, umfassend einen Kern, welcher ein Teilchen aus Natriumsulfat ist mit einer darauf aufgebrachten Phytase, und eine Beschichtung, welche ein Salz umfasst.

Claims (15)

  1. Körnchen, umfassend einen Kern, welcher ein Teilchen aus Natriumsulfat ist mit einer darauf aufgebrachten Phytase, und eine Beschichtung, welche ein Salz umfasst.
  2. Körnchen nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Salz in der Beschichtung eine konstante Feuchtigkeit bei 20°C von über 60% aufweist.
  3. Körnchen nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Salz in der Beschichtung Na2SO4 ist.
  4. Körnchen nach einem der Ansprüche 1–3, wobei das Salz in der Beschichtung wenigstens 60% Gew./Gew. der Salzbeschichtung ausmacht.
  5. Körnchen nach einem der Ansprüche 1–4, wobei die Salzbeschichtung eine Dicke von wenigstens 8 μm aufweist.
  6. Körnchen nach einem der Ansprüche 1–5, welches ein Verhältnis zwischen dem Durchmesser des beschichteten Körnchens und dem Durchmesser der Kerneinheit von wenigstens 1,1 aufweist.
  7. Körnchen nach einem der Ansprüche 1–6, welches außerdem eine zusätzliche Überzugsschicht auf der inneren oder äußeren Oberfläche der Salzbeschichtung aufweist.
  8. Körnchen nach Anspruch 7, wobei die zusätzliche Überzugsschicht Polyvinylalkohol (PVA) umfasst.
  9. Körnchen nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die zusätzliche Überzugsschicht Talk umfasst.
  10. Körnchen nach einem der Ansprüche 1–9, wobei die Phytase eine Escherichia coli-Phytase ist.
  11. Körnchen nach einem der Ansprüche 1–9, wobei die Phytase die in US 6110719 offenbarte E. coli-Phytase ist.
  12. Körnchen nach einem der Ansprüche 1–9, wobei die Phytase eine Aminosäuresequenz mit wenigstens 75% Identität mit der Aminosäuresequenz der in US 6110719 offenbarten E. coli-Phytase aufweist.
  13. Körnchen nach einem der Ansprüche 1–12, welches eine Teilchengröße von 100–1000 μm aufweist.
  14. Dampfbehandelte pelletierte Futterzusammensetzung, umfassend Phytasekörnchen nach einem der Ansprüche 1–13.
  15. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Futterzusammensetzung, umfassend die Schritte: a) Mischen von Futterkomponenten mit den Körnchen nach einem der Ansprüche 1–13, b) Dampfbehandeln der Mischung (a), und c) Pelletieren der dampfbehandelten Mischung (b).
