Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con polipéptidos aislados que tienen actividad de beta-glucanasa, dominios catalíticos, módulos de unión de carbohidratos y a los polinucleótidos que codifican los polipéptidos, dominios catalíticos o módulos de unión de carbohidratos. La invención también se relaciona con constructos de ácido nucleico, vectores y células hospederas que comprenden los polinucleótidos, así como a los métodos de producción y utilización de los polipéptidos, dominios catalíticos o módulos de unión de carbohidratos. La presente invención se refiere además a los procesos para producir productos de fermentación a partir de material que contiene almidón o celulosa, así como también a una mezcla o composición de enzimas, o a una célula hospedera recombinante u organismo fermentador adecuado para ser usado en los procesos de la invención.
