Abstract

"GRANULADOS CONTENDO ENZIMAS DE ALIMENTAçãO" Apresenta-se um processo para a preparação de um granulado contendo enzima, em que um líquido aquoso contendo enzima é misturado com um veículo sólido e, opcionalmente, ingredientes aditivos, e é mecanicamente processado em grânulos, secados e subseq³entemente revestidos com polietileno glicol. O veículo sólido consiste, de preferência, essencialmente em um polímero de carboidrato comestível. Ingredientes aditivos que também poderiam ser incorporados na formulação dos grânulos são um composto formador de gel ou de dissolução lenta, como álcool polivinílico, sais inorgânicos solúveis em água compreendendo cátions divalentes e trealose. Esse garnulado de enzima é adequado para a fabricação de composições de ração para animais por misturação de ingredientes de alimentação com o granulado, tratamento com vapor e peletização. As composições mostram melhor estabilidade da enzima durante o processo de peletização e durante o armazenamento. Ao mesmo tempo, o tempo de dissolução do grânulo é muito curto, de modo que se melhora a biodisponibilidade da enzima para o animal.
