Abstract

Αποκαλύπτεται μία μέθοδος για την παρασκευή ενός κοκκοποιήματος που περιέχει ένζυμο όπου ένα υδατικό υγρό που περιέχει ένζυμο αναμιγνύεται με ένα βρώσιμο στερεό φορέα με βάση υδατάνθρακα όπως άμυλο, μηχανικώς υφίσταται επεξεργασία προς κόκκους και στη συνέχεια ξηραίνεται. Αυτό το κοκκοποίημα ενζύμου είναι κατάλληλο για τη βιομηχανική κατασκευή συνθέσεων ζωϊκής τροφής με ανάμιξη συστατικών τροφής με το κοκκοποίημα, κατεργασία με ατμό και σφαιροποίηση.
