Abstract

Un procedimiento produce un suplemento para alimento de animales de L-lisina con una pureza final de L-lisina entre aprox. 35% y 80%, medida como porciento de base libre por Kg., y más preferiblemente entre aprox. 50% y 80% de L- lisina. El procedimiento comprende agregar un material que contiene L-lisina una caldo de fermentación de L- lisina o una fraciión de un caldo de fermentación L-lisina. El procedimineto también comprende una etapa de secado que puede involucrar cualquier medio de secado adecuado tal como granulador por rociado, secador por rociado, secador de bandejas, secador de tambor, secador rotatorio y secador de túnel. Otro objeto de esta invención es proporcionar un procedimiento mejorado para producir una L-lisina granular, fluída, libre de polvo, a partir de fermentación. Otro objeto de la invención es proporcionar un método mas simple y económico para producir L-lisina granular. De hecho, un objeto es producir un producto libre de polvo que no requiera una planta de mezclado de cizalleo elevado. Un objeto adicional es proporcionar un proucto de L-lisina que es secado y granulado en una etapa, procedimiento en la presentae memoria denominado etapa de agolmeración.
