Abstract
Description
フィターゼ含有顆粒の製造
フィターゼ含有顆粒は、国際公開WO98/54980に記載される方法にしたがって製造する。
50グラムの顆粒を10 kgの選択した飼料のプレミックスと混合し、試験直前に240 kgの同じレシピのものと混合した。この250 kg の混合物を、ミキサー/コンディショナー中で600 kg/時の速度の混合スクリューによって混合した。この際、約80℃の直接蒸気により加熱した。約30〜40秒の滞留時間が経過した時、この熱い混合物をペレット化圧縮機中に入れた。型から出てきたペレットは80〜82℃の温度であり、冷却ベルト上に置いた。このベルトから、サンプルを安定性測定のために回収した。
トウモロコシ(50%)、豆類(5%)、大豆ミール(28%)、タピオカ(1.98%)、フィッシュミール(2.5%)、フェザーミール(1.5%)、大豆油(1.75%)、動物性脂肪(3.5%)、Mervit (Premervo, Utrecht, オランダ) 100 (1%)、ライムストーン(1.1%)、リン酸モノカルシウム(1.22%)、塩(0.3%)、Mervit 394 (0.65%)、Mervit 393 (1.5%)、全量 100%。
フィターゼ活性は、"ISL法 61696" (マニュアル モリブデン酸-バナジウム酸アッセイ)の手順にしたがって測定した。
300グラムの非コーティング顆粒(バッチNPHG 498)を、NIRO-AEROMATIC製のSTREA流動床装置中に入れた。
フィターゼ含有顆粒のペレット化安定性に及ぼすコーティング剤Dispersion1205の影響を大規模製造において調べた。
Glatt製 流動床型コーティング装置GPCG1.1中、一般的方法の項において記載したようにして製造した非コーティング顆粒1 kgを、表3に記載したように様々なコーティングでコーティングした。
Dispersion 1205の濃度の違い(2〜24%, サンプルS〜V)が、ペレット化安定性に及ぼす影響と顆粒の溶解時間に及ぼす影響について試験した。非コーティング顆粒は、一般的方法の項において記載したようにして製造した。該顆粒は、表4に示したようにコーティングし、一般的方法の項において記載したペレット化試験を行った。
本実施例においては、異なる供給業者から入手したポリプロピレン(PP)分散物およびポリエチレン(PE)分散物の影響について調べた。非コーティング顆粒は、一般的方法の項に記載したようにして製造した。次いで、表5に示すように顆粒をコーティングし、一般的方法において記載したようにしてペレット化試験を行った。
本実施例においては、異なる供給業者から入手したポリプロピレン(PP)分散物およびポリエチレン(PE)分散物の影響について別の比較を行った。非コーティング顆粒は、一般的方法の項に記載したようにして製造した。次いで、表6に示すように顆粒をコーティングし、一般的方法において記載したようにしてペレット化試験を行った。
Claims (20)
- 動物用飼料中で使用するのに適した酵素含有顆粒の製造方法であって、乾燥酵素含有顆粒を取得する工程と、適切な溶媒中に分散させた疎水性物質の粒子を含んでなる分散物を用いて該顆粒をコーティングする工程と、を含んでなる、上記方法。
- 該粒子が、10〜1000 nm (境界値含む)、好ましくは10〜500 nm、より好ましくは10〜200 nmの範囲の粒径を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 該疎水性物質が、40〜200℃の範囲、好ましくは50〜180℃の範囲の融点を有する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 該疎水性物質を、0.1〜20% (該顆粒の重量あたりの該疎水性物質の重量)、好ましくは0.2〜10%、より好ましくは0.4〜5%の割合で適用する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶媒が水である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 該疎水性物質分散物が、10〜60 % (w/w)の疎水性物質、好ましくは 20〜40 %の疎水性物質を含有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 疎水性物質が、疎水性脂肪様物質もしくは疎水性ワックス様物質および/または疎水性ポリマーである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 疎水性ポリマーがポリオレフィンである、請求項7記載の方法。
- ポリオレフィンがポリエチレンおよび/またはポリプロピレンである、請求項8記載の方法。
- ポリオレフィン分散物が、アミンによって安定化された酸性基を含むポリオレフィンの分散物である、請求項8または9記載の方法。
- 酸性基がカルボキシル基である、請求項10記載の方法。
- アミンがアンモニアである、請求項10または11記載の方法。
- 酵素が、フィターゼ、キシラナーゼ、β-グルカナーゼ、プロテアーゼ、ホスホリパーゼ、アミラーゼおよび/またはグルコースオキシダーゼである、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって取得することができる疎水性物質から本質的になる粒子の分散物によってコーティングされている酵素含有顆粒。
- 動物用飼料または動物用飼料のプレミックスもしくは前駆物質の製造方法であって、請求項14記載の顆粒と、1種以上の動物用飼料物質または動物用飼料成分とを混合する工程を含んでなる、上記方法。
- 飼料用物質と顆粒との混合物を蒸気処理し、ペレット化し、冷却する、請求項15記載の方法。
- 請求項14記載の顆粒を含んでなる飼料用組成物。
- 動物の成長を促進させる方法であって、請求項14記載の顆粒または請求項17記載の組成物を含む食餌を動物に与えることを含んでなる、上記方法。
- 動物用飼料中でのまたは動物用食餌中の成分としての、請求項14記載の顆粒の使用。
- 酵素のペレット化安定性を向上させるための、請求項14記載の顆粒の使用。
