Claims (11)
- 양극/분리막/음극 구조의 전극조립체가 그것의 전극리드가 외부로 돌출된 상태로 전지케이스에 내장되어 있는 전지셀을 하나 또는 둘 이상 포함하는 전지모듈에 있어서,외부 충격이 전지셀에 직접 또는 간접적으로 인가되어, 전지셀의 전극조립체에 대해 상대적으로 전극리드가 근접 이동하게 될 때, 전극리드의 변형 또는 전극리드에 직접 접하거나 인접한 모듈의 소정 부위('전극리드의 대면부')의 변형에 의해, 인가된 외력을 흡수함으로써, 전극조립체 대한 전극리드의 단락 접촉을 방지할 수 있도록, (i) 상기 전극리드의 대면부가 상향 또는 하향 경사면 구조로 이루어져 있거나, 또는 (ii) 상기 전극리드의 대면부가 변형이 용이한 구조 또는 소재로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는 수지층과 금속층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트의 케이스인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 권취형, 스택형 또는 스택/폴딩형 구조로 이루어져 있고, 상기 전극리드는 판상형 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구조(i)에서 상기 전극리드의 대면부는 곡률 경사면 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 하나 또는 둘 이상의 조합으로 카트리지에 장착되어 있고, 상기 카트리지를 충적하여 전지모듈을 구성하며, 상기 전극리드의 대면부는 전지셀이 장착되는 상기 카트리지의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 다수 개가 충적되어 모듈 케이스 내부에 장착되어 있고, 상기 전극리드의 대면부는 전지셀이 장착되는 상기 모듈 케이스의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 이차전지 또는 수퍼 캐패시터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 따른 전지모듈로 구성되어 있는 전지팩.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 전지팩은 전기자동차, 하이브리드 전기자동차, 전기자전거, 또는 전기오토바이의 전원으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
