Claims (7)
- 相互対面して少なくとも第1方向に並んで配置される複数のバッテリーセルと、
複数の前記バッテリーセルを収容し、少なくとも一面が開放された形状で提供されるモジュールカバーと、
複数の前記バッテリーセルのうち前記第1方向の最外側に位置するバッテリーセルの一面と前記モジュールカバーの側面との間に位置し、少なくとも一部分が前記バッテリーセル及び前記モジュールカバーの側面にそれぞれ接触する一対の緩衝部材とを含み、
前記緩衝部材が、少なくとも1つの折曲部を有する板バネであり、
前記緩衝部材は、
前記バッテリーセルのうち最外側に位置する前記バッテリーセルと接触する平坦な本体部と、
前記本体部の一端部と連結され、前記モジュールカバーに向かう方向に突出して湾曲された形状を有し、前記モジュールカバーの側面と該湾曲された形状の少なくとも一部分が接触する第1折曲部と、
前記本体部の他端部と連結され、前記モジュールカバーに向かう方向に突出して湾曲された形状を有し、前記モジュールカバーの側面と該湾曲された形状の少なくとも一部分が接触し、前記第1折曲部と離隔して位置する第2折曲部とを含み、
前記緩衝部材の前記本体部は、該緩衝部材の前記本体部が配置される前記バッテリーセルの面と同一又は大きい面積を有し、
前記第1折曲部及び前記第2折曲部はそれぞれ、前記本体部の前記一端部を含む端部領域及び前記本体部の前記他端部を含む端部領域と重畳するバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールカバーの下部板には、前記モジュールカバーと前記バッテリーセルとが摺動方式で結合できるように複数のガイド溝が形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールカバーの下部板には、前記モジュールカバーと前記緩衝部材とが摺動方式で結合できるように一対の結合溝が形成される、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1折曲部及び前記第2折曲部の終端は、前記本体部と離隔して位置する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ガイド溝及び前記結合溝は、それぞれ上部から見たとき、前記第1方向に垂直な第2方向に沿って形成される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項6に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
