    Gránulo comprendiendo un núcleo que comprende una fitasa de Escherichia coli y un revestimiento que comprende una sal.

    Gránulo según la reivindicación 1, donde la fitasa es la fitasa de E. coli descrita en US 6110719.
  3. 3.
    Gránulo según la reivindicación 1, donde la fitasa tiene una secuencia de aminoácidos de al menos un 75% de identidad con la secuencia de aminoácidos de la fitasa de E. coli descrita en US 6110719.
  4. 4.
    Gránulo según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-3, donde la sal en el revestimiento es sulfato de sodio.

    Gránulo según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-4, donde la sal constituye al menos el 60% p/p del revestimiento de la sal.

    Gránulo según la reivindicación 5, donde el revestimiento de sal tiene un grosor de al menos 8 µm.

    Gránulo según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-6, donde el núcleo es una partícula inerte con la fitasa aplicada encima.

    Gránulo según la reivindicación 10, donde la capa de revestimiento adicional comprende alcohol polivinílico (PVA).

    Gránulo según la reivindicación 10 o 11, donde la capa de revestimiento adicional comprende talco.

    Gránulo según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-12, que tiene un tamaño de partícula de 100-1000 µm.

    Método para hacer los gránulos según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-10, que comprende: a) proporcionar gránulos de núcleo comprendiendo una fitasa de Escherichia coli, y b) aplicar un revestimiento comprendiendo una sal a los gránulos de núcleo.

    Método según la reivindicación 14, donde el paso b) comprende la atomización sobre los gránulos de núcleo en un lecho de fluido, seguido del secado.

    Composición alimentaria granulada tratada con vapor que comprende gránulos de fitasa según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-13.
