Abstract

Dampfbehandelte pelletierte Futtermittelzusammensetzung, umfassend ein Körnchen, umfassend einen Kern und eine Ummantelung, wobei der Kern eine aktive Verbindung umfasst und die Ummantelung ein Salz umfasst, wobei das Salz ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus NaCl, Na2CO3, NaNO3, Na2HPO4, Na3PO4, NH4Cl, (NH4)2HPO4, NH4H2PO4, (NH4)2SO4, KCl, K2HPO4, KH2PO4, KNO3, Na2SO4, K2SO4, KHSO4, MgSO4, ZnSO4, CuSO4, NaCl und Natriumcitrat oder Mischungen davon.

Claims (29)

  1. Dampfbehandelte pelletierte Futtermittelzusammensetzung, umfassend ein Körnchen, umfassend einen Kern und eine Ummantelung, wobei der Kern eine aktive Verbindung umfasst und die Ummantelung ein Salz umfasst, wobei das Salz ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus NaCl, Na2CO3, NaNO3, Na2HPO4, Na3PO4, NH4Cl, (NH4)2HPO4, NH4H2PO4, (NH4)2SO4, KCl, K2HPO4, KH2PO4, KNO3, Na2SO4, K2SO4, KHSO4, MgSO4, ZnSO4, CuSO4, NaCl und Natriumcitrat oder Mischungen davon.
  2. Futtermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die beibehaltene Aktivität der aktiven Verbindung, die in dem Kern der Körnchen vorliegt, mindestens 75% der Aktivität der aktiven Verbindung in dem Kern der Körnchen vor dem Dampfpelletieren beträgt.
  3. Futtermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ummantelung mindestens 60% Gew./Gew. Salz umfasst.
  4. Futtermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Salz eine konstante Feuchtigkeit bei 20°C hat, die über 60% ist.
  5. Futtermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Körnchen eine Partikelgröße unter 400 μm haben.
  6. Futtermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Größe des Körnchens zwischen 210 und 390 μm beträgt.
  7. Futtermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Dicke der Salzummantelung mindestens 8 μm beträgt.
  8. Futtermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die aktive Verbindung thermolabil ist.
  9. Futtermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Körnchen eine Wachsummantelung umfasst.
  10. Futtermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Körnchen eine Milchsäurequelle umfasst.
  11. Futtermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Körnchen Trockenmasse von Maisquellwasser umfasst.
  12. Futtermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die aktive Verbindung im Kern des Körnchens ein Enzym ist.
  13. Futtermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 12, wobei das Enzym ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Amylasen, Proteasen, beta-Glukanasen, Phytasen, Xylanasen, Phospholipasen und Glukoseoxidasen oder einer Mischung davon.
  14. Futtermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Kern weiterhin ein Salz umfasst.
  15. Verfahren zum Füttern von Tieren, umfassend das Verabreichen der Futtermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 an ein Tier.
  16. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Futtermittelzusammensetzung, umfassend die Schritte: i. Mischen von Futtermittelbestandteilen mit einen Kern und eine Ummantelung umfassenden Körnchen, wobei der Kern eine aktive Verbindung umfasst und die Ummantelung ein Salz umfasst, und wobei das Salz ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus NaCl, Na2CO3, NaNO3, Na2HPO4, Na3PO4, NH4Cl, (NH4)2HPO4, NH4H2PO4, (NH4)2SO4, KCl, K2HPO4, KH2PO4, KNO3, Na2SO4, K2SO4, KHSO4, MgSO4, ZnSO4, CuSO4, NaCl und Natriumcitrat oder Mischungen davon, ii. Dampfbehandeln der Zusammensetzung (i), und iii. Pelletieren der Zusammensetzung (ii).
  17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, wobei die beibehaltene Aktivität der aktiven Verbindung, die im Kern der Körnchen vorliegt, mindestens 75% der Aktivität der aktiven Verbindung im Kern der Körnchen vor dem Dampfpelletieren beträgt.
  18. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, wobei die Menge an Salz in der Ummantelung mindestens 60% Gew./Gew. der Ummantelung ausmacht.
  19. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, wobei das in der Ummantelung umfasste Salz der Körnchen eine konstante Feuchtigkeit bei 20°C von über 60% hat.
  20. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, wobei die Körnchen eine Partikelgröße unter 400 μm haben.
  21. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, wobei die Größe des Körnchens zwischen 210 und 390 μm beträgt.
  22. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, wobei die Dicke der Salzummantelung mindestens 8 μm beträgt.
  23. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, wobei die aktive Verbindung thermolabil ist.
  24. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, wobei das Körnchen eine Wachsummantelung umfasst.
  25. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, wobei das Körnchen eine Milchsäurequelle umfasst.
  26. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, wobei das Körnchen Trockenmasse von Maisquellwasser umfasst.
  27. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, wobei die aktive Verbindung im Kern des Körnchens ein Enzym ist.
  28. Verfahren nach Anspruch 27, wobei das Enzym ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Amylasen, Proteasen, beta-Glukanasen, Phytasen, Xylanasen, Phospholipasen und Glukoseoxidasen oder einer Mischung davon.
  29. Verwendung eines Körnchens, umfassend einen Kern, der eine aktive Verbindung umfasst, und eine Ummantelung, die ein Salz umfasst, für dampfbehandelte pelletierte Futtermittelzusammensetzungen, und wobei das Salz ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus NaCl, Na2CO3, NaNO3, Na2HPO4, Na3PO4, NH4Cl, (NH4)2HPO4, NH4H2PO4, (NH4)2SO4, KCl, K2HPO4, KH2PO4, KNO3, Na2SO4, K2SO4, KHSO4, MgSO4, ZnSO4, CuSO4, NaCl und Natriumcitrat oder Mischungen davon.
