本实用新型提供了一种风扇,包括:

被定位在叶轮壳体和座之间用于减少施加到环形密封件的压缩负荷的至少一个弹性支撑件。

环形密封件优选为泡沫环形密封件。由泡沫材料形成环形密封件,与弹性体或橡胶材料相比,可减少通过环形密封件传输到外壳的振动。一个或多个弹性支撑件也被配置在叶轮壳体和座之间以便承受叶轮壳体、叶轮、电机壳体和电机的总重量的一些,从而减少作用在环形密封件上的压缩负荷。这减少了环形密封件的变形程度;在叶轮壳体和座之间的环形密封件的过度压缩会导致从电机壳体通过环形密封件传输到外壳的振动的不期望的增加。
作用在环形密封件上的压缩力优选与表面的最大刚度的方向对准,振动要被从该表面(即风扇的外壳)隔离。在优选实施例中,这个方向平行于外壳的纵向轴线。所述环形密封件优选从外壳的内表面间隔开,以便振动不能从环形密封件向外径向传递到外壳。

为了操作风扇10,用户按下用户界面的按钮22,响应于此,控制电路58激活电机64以旋转叶轮60。叶轮60的旋转导致主空气流经过进气口14被吸入体部12内。用户可通过操控拨盘26来控制电机64的速度,且由此控制空气通过进气口14被吸入体部12内的速率。根据电机64的速度,由叶轮60产生的主空气流量可在每秒20到30升之间。
叶轮60通过电机64旋转产生振动,该振动经过电机壳体和叶轮壳体74向座86传递。被定位在叶轮壳体74和座86之间的环形密封件88在电机壳体、电机64、叶轮60以及叶轮壳体74的重量作用下被压缩,使得它与座86的上表面和叶轮壳体74的凸缘92的下表面密封接合。环形密封件88由此不仅防止主空气流沿在主体部区段50的内表面和叶轮壳体74的外表面之间延伸的路径返回叶轮壳体74的进气口76,而且还减少这些振动到座86且由此到风扇10的体部12的传递。在叶轮壳体74和座86之间存在弹性支撑件108阻止随着时间过去环形密封件88的任何过度压缩,其否则会增加经过环形密封件88传输到座86的振动。弹性支撑件108的柔性允许弹性支撑件相对于座86轴向地和径向地弯曲,其减少了经过弹性支撑件88传输到座86的振动。环形密封件88用于缓冲弹性支撑件108相对于座86的弯曲运动。
主空气流依次在叶轮60和叶轮壳体74之间穿过、穿过扩散器72,然后穿过体部12的出气口54且进入喷嘴18。在喷嘴18内,主空气流被分成两股空气流,其沿相反的方向环绕喷嘴18的开口32行进。当空气流经过喷嘴18时,空气通过出气口20被排出。由出气口20排出的主空气流被引导越过喷嘴18的科恩达表面36,导致来自外部环境(特别是来自出气口20附近,以及来自喷嘴18的后部附近的区域)的空气的卷吸所产生的次空气流。次空气流流动穿过喷嘴18的中心开口32,其在该中心开口32处和主空气流汇合,以产生总空气流,或气流,从喷嘴18向前喷出。

Claims (16)

1.一种风扇,其特征在于,该风扇包括:
外壳,具有进气口和出气口;
叶轮壳体,被安装在定位在所述外壳内的环形座上;
叶轮,被定位在叶轮壳体内,用于产生沿从进气口延伸穿过叶轮壳体到出气口的路径的空气流;
电机壳体,被连接到叶轮壳体;
电机,被定位在电机壳体内,用于驱动叶轮;
环形密封件,与叶轮壳体和该座密封接合;及
至少一个弹性支撑件,被定位在叶轮壳体和该座之间,用于减少施加到环形密封件的压缩负荷。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其特征在于,所述座被连接到外壳。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇,其特征在于,所述座从外壳的侧壁径向向内延伸。
4.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其特征在于,所述叶轮壳体包括凹入区段,所述凹入区段限定了用于接收所述密封件的环形通道。
5.如权利要求4所述的风扇,其特征在于,所述凹入区段包括密封接合表面,所述密封接合表面从叶轮壳体的侧壁径向向外且平行于所述座延伸。
6.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其特征在于,该风扇包括用于阻止密封件相对于叶轮壳体的旋转的装置。
7.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其特征在于,该风扇包括用于阻止叶轮壳体相对于所述座的角运动的装置。
8.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其特征在于,所述至少一个弹性支撑件包括多个弹性支撑件。
9.如权利要求8所述的风扇,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件绕叶轮壳体有角度地间隔开。
10.如权利要求8所述的风扇,其特征在于,所述密封件的外周表面被成形以便形成多个凹部,所述凹部每个用于至少部分地接收相应的弹性支撑件。
11.如权利要求8所述的风扇,其特征在于,所述叶轮壳体包括多个安装件,所述安装件每个被连接到相应的弹性支撑件。
12.如权利要求8所述的风扇,其特征在于,所述环形密封件包括多个凹部,所述凹部每个用于接收相应的弹性支撑件。
13.如权利要求8所述的风扇,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件每个包括相应的弹簧。
14.如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的风扇,其特征在于,所述环形密封件为泡沫环形密封件。
15.如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的风扇,其特征在于,所述环形密封件由闭孔泡沫材料形成。
16.如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的风扇,其特征在于,所述环形密封件从外壳的内侧表面间隔开。
