发明内容
本发明提供了一种风扇,包括:
具有进气口和出气口的外壳;
被安装在定位在所述外壳内的环形座上的叶轮壳体;
被定位在叶轮壳体内用于产生沿从进气口延伸穿过叶轮壳体到出气口的路径的空气流的叶轮;
被连接到叶轮壳体的电机壳体;
被定位在电机壳体内用于驱动叶轮的电机;
与叶轮壳体和座密封接合的环形密封件;及
被定位在叶轮壳体和座之间用于减少施加到环形密封件的压缩负荷的至少一个弹性支撑件。
所述风扇组件由此包括在叶轮壳体和座之间的至少一个弹性支撑件和环形密封件,其中叶轮壳体被安装在座上。在叶轮壳体和座之间的环形密封件的压缩形成气密密封,所述气密密封阻止空气沿在外壳和叶轮壳体之间延伸的路径泄露返回到外壳的进气口,并由此迫使由叶轮产生的加压空气流流动到外壳的出气口。
环形密封件优选为泡沫环形密封件。由泡沫材料形成环形密封件,与弹性体或橡胶材料相比,可减少通过环形密封件传输到外壳的振动。一个或多个弹性支撑件也被配置在叶轮壳体和座之间以便承受叶轮壳体、叶轮、电机壳体和电机的总重量的一些,从而减少作用在环形密封件上的压缩负荷。这减少了环形密封件的变形程度;在叶轮壳体和座之间的环形密封件的过度压缩会导致从电机壳体通过环形密封件传输到外壳的振动的不期望的增加。
作用在环形密封件上的压缩力优选与表面的最大刚度的方向对准,振动要被从该表面(即风扇的外壳)隔离。在优选实施例中,这个方向平行于外壳的纵向轴线。所述环形密封件优选从外壳的内表面间隔开,以便振动不能从环形密封件向外径向传递到外壳。

环形密封件优选由在10%压缩量下呈现不超过0.01MPa的应力的材料形成。在优选实施例中,环形密封件由闭孔泡沫材料形成。泡沫材料优选由合成橡胶形成,比如EPDM(乙烯丙烯二烯单体)橡胶。

电机壳体通过叶轮壳体74被支撑在主体部区段50内。叶轮壳体74为大体截头锥形形状,且包括进气口76和出气口78,进气口76位于叶轮壳体74的相对小的向外扩口的下端(如所示)处,用于接收主空气流,出气口78位于叶轮壳体74的相对大的上端(如所示),当电机壳体被支撑在叶轮壳体74内时,该叶轮壳体74被定位在扩散器72的直接上游。叶轮60、罩72和叶轮壳体74被成形以便当叶轮60由叶轮壳体74支撑时,罩72紧密靠近但没有接触叶轮壳体74的内表面,且叶轮60与叶轮壳体74是基本同轴的。
环形入口构件80引导来自外壳16的进气口14的空气流到叶轮壳体74的进气口76。盘状泡沫消声构件82被定位在主体部区段50内,叶轮壳体74的进气口76的下方。环形泡沫消声构件84被定位在电机壳体中。
还参考图4和5,叶轮壳体74被定位在主体部区段50内,以便叶轮60的旋转轴线与主体部区段50的纵向轴线基本共线。叶轮壳体74被安装在环形座86上,该座86被定位在主体部区段50内。该座86从主体部区段50的内表面径向向内延伸,以便座86的上表面与叶轮60的旋转轴线基本正交。
环形密封件88被定位在叶轮壳体74和座86之间。环形密封件88优选为泡沫环形密封件,且优选由闭孔泡沫材料(closed cell foam material)形成。在这个实例中,环形密封件88由EPDM(乙烯丙烯二烯单体(ethylene propylene diene monomer))橡胶形成,但环形密封件88可由其它闭孔泡沫材料(优选在10%压缩量下呈现不超过0.01MPa的应力)形成。环形密封件88的外径优选小于主体部区段50的内径,以便环形密封件88从主体部区段50的内表面间隔开。
环形密封件88具有下表面和上表面,该下表面与座86的上表面密封接合,该上表面与叶轮壳体74密封接合。在这个实例中,叶轮壳体74包括凹入式密封接合区段90,凹入式密封接合区段90绕叶轮壳体的外壁延伸。叶轮壳体74的密封接合区段90包括凸缘92,凸缘92限定了环形通道94,用于接收环形密封件88。凸缘92从叶轮壳体74的外表面径向向外延伸以便凸缘92的下表面与叶轮60的旋转轴线基本正交。凸缘92的周向唇部96的内周边和环形密封件88的外周边优选带缺口或为其他形状,以限定多个凹部98,100,从而阻止在叶轮壳体74和环形密封件88之间的相对旋转。
座86包括孔102,以使电缆(未显示)能够从控制电路58行进到电机64。叶轮壳体74的凸缘92和环形密封件88每个成形以限定相应凹部104、106,用于容纳电缆的一部分。一个或多个垫圈或其他密封构件可被绕电缆提供,以阻止空气在凹部104、106和主体部区段50的内表面之间和通过孔102的泄漏。
多个弹性支撑件108还被提供在叶轮壳体74和座86之间用于支撑电机64、电机壳体、叶轮60和叶轮壳体74的重量的一部分。弹性支撑件108从主体部区段50的纵向轴线等距地间隔开且绕主体部区段50的纵向轴线等距地间隔开。弹性支撑件108每个具有第一端部和第二端部,第一端部被连接到定位在叶轮壳体74的凸缘92上的相应的安装件110,第二端部被接收在形成在座86中的凹部112内,以阻止弹性支撑件108沿座86且绕主体部区段50的纵向轴线的运动。在这个实例中,弹性支撑件108每个包括弹簧114和橡胶脚116,弹簧114被定位在相应安装件110上,橡胶脚116被利用相应凹部112定位。替代地,弹簧114和橡胶脚116可被由橡胶或其他弹性或弹性体材料形成的杆或柱替代。作为另一替代,多个弹性支撑件108可由绕环形密封件88延伸的单个环形弹性支撑件替代。在这个实施例中,环形密封件88的外周进一步带缺口或以其他方式成形以形成多个凹部118,该凹部118每个用于至少部分地接收相应的弹性支撑件108。这允许弹性支撑件88在没有减少环形密封件88的径向厚度或增加主体部区段50的直径的情况下被定位为更靠近主体部区段50的纵向轴线。
为了操作风扇10,用户按下用户界面的按钮22,响应于此,控制电路58激活电机64以旋转叶轮60。叶轮60的旋转导致主空气流经过进气口14被吸入体部12内。用户可通过操控拨盘26来控制电机64的速度,且由此控制空气通过进气口14被吸入体部12内的速率。根据电机64的速度,由叶轮60产生的主空气流量可在每秒20到30升之间。
叶轮60通过电机64旋转产生振动,该振动经过电机壳体和叶轮壳体74向座86传递。被定位在叶轮壳体74和座86之间的环形密封件88在电机壳体、电机64、叶轮60以及叶轮壳体74的重量作用下被压缩,使得它与座86的上表面和叶轮壳体74的凸缘92的下表面密封接合。环形密封件88由此不仅防止主空气流沿在主体部区段50的内表面和叶轮壳体74的外表面之间延伸的路径返回叶轮壳体74的进气口76,而且还减少这些振动到座86且由此到风扇10的体部12的传递。在叶轮壳体74和座86之间存在弹性支撑件108阻止随着时间过去环形密封件88的任何过度压缩,其否则会增加经过环形密封件88传输到座86的振动。弹性支撑件108的柔性允许弹性支撑件相对于座86轴向地和径向地弯曲,其减少了经过弹性支撑件108传输到座86的振动。环形密封件88用于缓冲弹性支撑件108相对于座86的弯曲运动。
主空气流依次在叶轮60和叶轮壳体74之间穿过、穿过扩散器72,然后穿过体部12的出气口54且进入喷嘴18。在喷嘴18内,主空气流被分成两股空气流,其沿相反的方向环绕喷嘴18的开口32行进。当空气流经过喷嘴18时,空气通过出气口20被排出。由出气口20排出的主空气流被引导越过喷嘴18的科恩达表面36,导致来自外部环境(特别是来自出气口20附近,以及来自喷嘴18的后部附近的区域)的空气的卷吸所产生的次空气流。次空气流流动穿过喷嘴18的中心开口32,其在该中心开口32处和主空气流汇合,以产生总空气流,或气流,从喷嘴18向前喷出。
Claims (15)
1.一种风扇,包括:
外壳,具有进气口和出气口;
叶轮壳体,被安装和定位在所述外壳内的环形座上;
叶轮,被定位在叶轮壳体内,用于产生沿从进气口延伸穿过叶轮壳体到出气口的路径的空气流;
电机壳体,被连接到叶轮壳体;
电机,被定位在电机壳体内,用于驱动叶轮;
环形密封件,与叶轮壳体和该座密封接合;及
至少一个弹性支撑件,被定位在叶轮壳体和该座之间,用于减少施加到环形密封件的压缩负荷,
其中,所述座被连接到外壳。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其中,所述座从外壳的侧壁径向向内延伸。
3.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其中,所述叶轮壳体包括凹入区段,所述凹入区段限定了用于接收所述环形密封件的环形通道。
4.如权利要求3所述的风扇,其中,所述凹入区段包括密封接合表面,所述密封接合表面从叶轮壳体的侧壁径向向外且平行于所述座延伸。
5.如权利要求1所述的风扇,包括用于阻止环形密封件相对于叶轮壳体的旋转的装置。
6.如权利要求1所述的风扇,包括用于阻止叶轮壳体相对于所述座的角运动的装置。
7.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其中,所述至少一个弹性支撑件包括多个弹性支撑件。
8.如权利要求7所述的风扇,其中,所述弹性支撑件绕叶轮壳体有角度地间隔开。
9.如权利要求7所述的风扇,其中所述环形密封件的外周表面被成形以便形成多个凹部,所述凹部每个用于至少部分地接收相应的弹性支撑件。
10.如权利要求7所述的风扇,其中,所述叶轮壳体包括多个安装件,所述安装件每个被连接到相应的弹性支撑件。
11.如权利要求7所述的风扇,其中,所述环形密封件包括多个凹部,所述凹部每个用于接收相应的弹性支撑件。
12.如权利要求7所述的风扇,其中,所述弹性支撑件每个包括相应的弹簧。
13.如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的风扇,其中,所述环形密封件为泡沫环形密封件。
14.如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的风扇,其中,所述环形密封件由闭孔泡沫材料形成。
15.如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的风扇,其中,所述环形密封件从外壳的内侧表面间隔开。
