发明内容

实验室样品分配系统100适于运输样品往返布置成与实验室样品分配系统100相邻的实验室站20、25。
实验室样品分配系统100包括运输平面110。在运输平面110之下,布置有多个电磁促动器120。此外,还存在分布在运输平面110上的多个位置传感器130。位置传感器130被实施为霍尔传感器(Hall sensor)。
样品分配系统100还包括多个样品容器载体140。出于例示的目的,图1中仅示出了一个样品容器载体140。
每个样品容器载体140适于承载相应的样品容器145。样品容器145适于运输特别是待通过实验室站20、25来分析或以其他方式来处理的样品。每个样品容器载体140包括在图1中不可见的永磁体,使得所述永磁体能够与电磁促动器120所产生的磁场相互作用,以便对使它在运输平面110之上移动的样品容器载体140施加磁驱动力。

如沿着以剖面图示出了电磁促动器120的线来布置的电磁促动器120所示,每个励磁绕组122竖向超过其分配的铁磁芯125,即,相对应的电磁促动器120的铁磁芯125。这允许产生在相关区域中具有增加的磁场强度的磁场,而无需增加流过励磁绕组122的电流。因此,能够优化实验室样品分配系统100的操作参数和能量消耗。
这种优化特别是由于在没有铁磁芯125的相应的励磁绕组122内磁场具有增加的磁场强度。
要注意的是,尽管其他电磁促动器的相对尺寸在图1中是不可见的,但所有的电磁促动器120与剖面图中所示的那些以相同的方式来实施。
所有励磁绕组122的相应的上端具有相同的高度。相应地,所有铁磁芯125的相应的上端具有相同的高度。

Claims (12)
