Abstract

MÉTODOS PARA TRANSFORMAÇÃO DE PLANTAS USANDO SELEÇÃO DE ESPECTINOMICINA. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos e composições para transformar explantes de soja, milho, algodão, ou canoia, usando espectinomicina como um agente seletivo para a transformação dos explantes. O método pode compreender ainda o tratamento dos explantes com uma citocinina durante o processo de transformação e regeneração.
