Abstract

La invencion provee métodos y composiciones utiles en la supresion de secuencias blanco, la validacion de secuencias blanco y la regulacion por disminucion de secuencias blanco. La invencion provee construcciones de polinucleotidos utiles para el silenciamiento génico o la regulacion por disminucion del ARN, como así también células, plantas y semillas que comprenden los polinucleotidos. La invencion también provee un método para utilizar ARMmicro para silenciar una secuencia blanco o para regular por disminucion el ARN.
