Abstract
Se describen aquí, además plantas, semillas y células transgénicas de soja que poseen dichos cromosomas y método para aumentar tales características agronómicas mencionadas. Reivindicación 1: Un cromosoma transgénico no natural en una célula de planta de soja, donde el cromosoma transgénico no natural posee una construcción de ADN recombinante que comprende: ADN que está transcripto a una molécula de ARN que en condiciones fisiológicas en una célula de planta de soja se hibrida, y forma un dúplex resistente a la escisión, ya sea con un miARN de miR171 maduro o bien con un transcripto de un gen diana que posee un sitio de reconocimiento para un miARN de miR171 maduro, donde dicho sitio de reconocimiento comprende nucleótidos complementarios a los nucleótidos de dicho miARN de miR171 maduro, por lo que la función de dicho miARN de miR171 maduro resulta inhibido en dichas células de planta de soja, y donde dicha célula de planta de soja se encuentra en una planta de soja transgénica no natural que posee características agronómicas mejoradas seleccionadas de un grupo integrado por: aumento de las vainas por nódulo, aumento de la cantidad de nódulos e internódulos, disminución de la distancia promedio entre los nódulos, y un fenotipo de tallo retorcido al compararlas con un control.
