Abstract
Composiciones de ARN de doble hebra y a plantas transgénicas capaces de inhibir la expresión de genes esenciales para establecer o mantener la infestación por nematodos en una planta, y a métodos asociados con las mismas. Específicamente, uso de ARN de interferencia para inhibir la expresión de un gen blanco vegetal de tipo OPR3, y se refiere a la generación de plantas que tienen una resistencia aumentada a nematodos parasitarios.
