Abstract
Composiciones de ARN bicatenario y plantas transgénicas capaces de inhibir la expresión de genes esenciales en nematodos parasitarios, y con métodos asociados con aquellas. Específicamente, el uso de ARN de interferencia para inhibir la expresión de un gen blanco esencial del nematodo, que es un gen de tipo sca1 de nematodo, y se relaciona con la generación de plantas que tienen mayor resistencia a nemátodos parasitarios.
