技术领域
本发明涉及换电技术领域,特别涉及一种快换电池包及包含其的电动汽车。
背景技术
近几年来,新能源汽车发展迅速,依靠蓄电池作为驱动能源的电动车辆,具有零排放,噪声小的优势,随着电动汽车的市场占有率和使用频率也越来越高,目前电动商用车,如电动重型卡车、电动轻型卡车等开始逐渐广泛应用,换电技术也逐步应用到商用车领域。
目前,电动卡车上的电池包普遍设置在车身纵梁的上方,直充电池包或者快换电池包安装在纵梁的上方,利用纵梁来实现对电池包的支撑作用。由于车身纵梁在电动卡车上所处位置相对地面较高,而且电池包重量较重,使得电池包的重心较高,相对车辆的稳定性较差,从而影响车辆行驶的安全性,并且占驾驶员后方较大空间,对司机的驾驶体验较差。另外,由于电池包设置在纵梁上方,只能通过吊装结构对电池包进行更换,而采用吊装结构,换电站整体建筑较高,占地面积大,维护成本高且安全性差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术中电池包的重心较高,相对车辆的稳定性较差,并且占驾驶员后方较大空间,对司机的驾驶体验较差的缺陷,提供一种快换电池包及包含其的电动汽车。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题:
一种快换电池包,其可拆卸地设置在电动汽车的纵梁上,所述快换电池包顶部设有凹槽,所述快换电池包包括电池包箱体与电芯,所述电池包箱体上设有若干个锁连接结构,若干个所述锁连接结构均位于所述凹槽内,所述电池包箱体内设有若干个用于放置电芯的电芯容纳腔,至少部分所述电芯容纳腔分布于所述凹槽的两侧,所述电池包箱体通过若干个所述锁连接结构连接于所述纵梁。
在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,实现电池包的重心处于纵梁的下方,能够有效降低电池包的重心,增加电池包的稳定性,对车辆平稳性、安全性提升一个较大空间。锁连接结构设于电池包顶部的 凹槽内,使得电池包与纵梁的连接更加稳固。同时,至少部分电芯容纳腔分布于凹槽的两侧,使得电池包箱体内的电芯容纳腔沿电动汽车的宽度方向延伸设置并用于容纳电芯,使得对纵梁两侧的空间利用来存放容纳更多的电芯,实现电动汽车行程更远,减少电动汽车的更换次数;且结构紧凑,空间利用率高,尤其是竖直方向上的空间。
较佳地,若干个所述电芯容纳腔沿水平方向依次间隔设置。
在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,使得电芯容纳腔所设置的空间增大,进一步增加电芯的容量,实现电动汽车行程更远,减少电动汽车的更换次数,且空间利用率更高。
较佳地,若干个所述电芯容纳腔包括多个侧部电芯容纳腔,多个所述侧部电芯容纳腔分布于所述凹槽的两侧。

较佳地,若干个所述电芯容纳腔还包括中部电芯容纳腔,所述中部电芯容纳腔设于所述电池包箱体的中间区域,多个所述侧部电芯容纳腔分布于所述中部电芯容纳腔的两侧,所述中部电芯容纳腔与所述侧部电芯容纳腔之间形成所述凹槽。
在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,从而进一步充分利用了电动汽车的纵梁的空间,实现在纵梁的两侧和中间都能够分别安装电芯,实现空间利用率更高,且增大了快换电池包内的电芯容量。同时,凹槽位于中部电芯容纳腔与侧部电芯容纳腔之间,便于凹槽的设置。
较佳地,所述中部电芯容纳腔的高度小于所述侧部电芯容纳腔的高度。
在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,中部电芯容纳腔与两侧的侧部电芯容纳腔之间将会形成有用于避让纵梁的避让空间,有效避免发生干涉现象;同时,侧部电芯容纳腔相对于中部电芯容纳腔沿竖直方向延伸,从而进一步充分利用了电动汽车的高度方向空间,实现空间利用率更高,增大了快换电池包内的电芯容量。

较佳地,所述挂接件包括螺纹部或者止挡部。
在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,锁连接结构安装连接形式多样化,挂接件与纵梁之间仅沿竖直方向即可实现锁止,且连接更加稳定。

在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,通过多个精定位机构与纵梁相互配合以对快换电池包进行精定位导向,锁止精度更高;同时,有效避免了快换电池包在使用的过程中产生偏移错位现象,大大提高了安全稳定性。
较佳地,多个所述精定位机构与多个所述初定位机构分别位于相对的两侧。
在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,位于相对的两侧的多个精定位机构与多个初定位机构将分别抵靠作用力在纵梁的相对两侧上,从而有效限制了纵梁在水平方向的偏移,安全稳定性更高。
较佳地,所述导向定位机构为弹性定位机构。

较佳地,所述电池包箱体底部设置有若干个解锁导向槽,所述解锁导向槽自所述电池包箱体的底部贯穿至所述凹槽,所述解锁导向槽用于供解锁设备穿过以实现对所述锁连接结构的解锁,或者供所述纵梁上的锁止机构向下穿过所述解锁导向槽以实现所述解锁设备对所述锁连接结构的解锁。
在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,通过解锁导向槽将留有对锁连接结构的解锁空间,解锁设备上的解锁杆将穿过解锁导向槽并作用力在锁连接结构或者锁止机构上以实现解锁,从而实现解锁非常方便。
较佳地,所述解锁导向槽的底部具有倾斜导向面。
在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,倾斜导向面具有导滑作用,通过倾斜导向面使得解锁设备上的解锁杆能够顺利插入解锁导向槽内,保证了解锁的稳定性。
较佳地,所述电池包箱体内还设有若干个用于电缆走线的过线槽,所述过线槽位于所述凹槽下方,并与相邻的两个所述电芯容纳腔相连通。

较佳地,所述电芯容纳腔顶部具有开口,所述快换电池包还包括箱盖,所述箱盖连接于所述电池包箱体上并用于遮盖所述电芯容纳腔的所述开口。
在本方案中,采用上述结构形式,通过开口将便于电芯安装设置在电芯容纳腔内,之后将通过箱盖对电池包箱体内的电芯进行遮盖,安装设置方便,且稳定性高。

如图1至图6所示,本实施例公开了一种电动汽车,该电动汽车为重卡或轻卡等商用车,电动汽车包括快换电池包100。该快换电池包100可拆卸地设置在电动汽车的两个纵梁200上,快换电池包100顶部设有凹槽3,快换电池包100包括电池包箱体1与电芯2,电池包箱体1上设有若干个锁连接结构4,若干个锁连接结构4均位于凹槽3内,电池包箱体1内设有若干个用于放置电芯2的电芯容纳腔,至少部分电芯容纳腔分布于凹槽3的两侧,电池包箱体1通过若干个锁连接结构4连接于纵梁200。

在本实施例中,优选地,如图5所示,电池包箱体1还包括中部电芯容纳腔12,中部电芯容纳腔12设于电池包箱体1的中间区域,两个侧部电芯容纳腔11分布于中部电芯容纳腔12的两侧,中部电芯容纳腔12与侧部电芯容纳腔11之间形成凹槽3。
两个纵梁200之间连接有若干横梁,中部电芯容纳腔12位于横梁的下方并位于两个纵梁200之间,侧部电芯容纳腔11分布两个纵梁200的相背离两侧,从而进一步充分利用了电动汽车的两个纵梁200之间的空间,实现在纵梁200的两侧和中间都能够分别安装电芯2,实现空间利用率更高,尤其是竖直方向上的空间,且增大了快换电池包100内的电芯2容量。同时,凹槽3位于中部电芯容纳腔12与侧部电芯容纳腔11之间,便于凹槽3的设置。

其中,凹槽3用于避让纵梁200。快换电池包100在移动至纵梁200的下方的换电工位,使得凹槽3的开口与纵梁200对准,快换电池包100将会沿竖直方向向上移动,实现纵梁200嵌设在凹槽3内,结构紧凑,空间利用率高,同时,有效避免发生干涉现象,稳定性更高。在本实施例中,凹槽3沿电动汽车的长度方向贯穿于快换电池包100。
在一个实施例中,若干个锁连接结构4分别设于凹槽3的侧壁并用于与纵梁200侧壁相连接。
在其他实施例中,锁连接结构4设于凹槽3的槽底并用于与纵梁200的底部相连接。可以根据空间来设置锁连接结构4,空间利用率高。
锁连接结构4为锁轴或者挂接件,锁轴或者挂接件连接于纵梁200的连接槽内。在锁止时,锁轴或者挂接件将连接在纵梁200的连接槽内,从而实现将快换电池包100锁止在纵梁200上。在解锁时,锁轴或者挂接件将移出至连接槽外,使得锁连接结构4与纵梁200能够相互脱离开,从而实现了快换电池包100与纵梁200的解锁。通过锁轴或者挂接件便于连接在纵梁200的连接槽内,且结构简单,加工制作方便。
在本实施例中,如图3所示,锁连接结构4为锁轴,锁轴自凹槽3的侧壁向电池包的中部延伸。连接槽的开口朝向于纵梁200的外侧,锁轴的一端连接在电池包箱体1,另一端将插入至连接槽内以实现锁止。结构简单,安装设置方便。
在其他实施例中,锁连接结构4为锁轴,若干个锁轴的两个端部分别连接于凹槽3的两内壁。连接槽为贯通槽,锁轴的两个端部分别连接于凹槽3的两内壁,锁轴的中间区域将插入至连接槽内以实现锁止。通过锁轴的两端都连接在电池包箱体1上,锁轴实现双边悬挂,使得锁轴稳定连接在快换电池包100的凹槽3内,有效避免了锁轴在凹槽3内发生晃动现象,大大提高了快换电池包100在锁止状态下的稳定性,使得电动汽车在使用的过程中防止快换电池包100产生晃动现象,提高了电动汽车的安全稳定性。
在其他实施例中,锁连接结构4为挂接件,挂接件包括第一螺纹部或者止挡部。纵梁200的连接槽沿竖直方向延伸并且连接槽朝下设置,连接槽内设有与第一螺纹部或者止挡部相互配合的第二螺纹部或限位部,从而实现锁连接结构4与纵梁200的沿竖直方向连接锁止或者脱离解锁。采用上述锁止结构形式,锁连接结构与连接槽之间仅沿竖直方向即可实现锁止,安装连接形式多样化,连接更加稳定并且结构空间利用率高。
当然,在其它实施方式中,锁连接结构4与纵梁200之间通过螺接、卡接、扣接、插接、勾接、榫接中的任一一种方式相互配合以实现快换电池包100安装连接在纵梁200上。
如图3所示,快换电池包100还包括安装支架5,若干个锁连接结构4均设置于安装支架5上并通过安装支架5安装于电池包箱体1。在需要将若干个锁连接结构4安装设置在电池包箱体1上时,通过先将若干个锁连接结构4均设置于安装支架5上并形成一个整体,之后再将整体的安装支架5安装设置在电池包箱体1上,便于将若干个锁连接结构4的安装,且安装精度高;同时,提高了快换电池包100的强度,稳定性更高。
快换电池包100还包括若干个导向定位机构,若干个导向定位机构设置于电池包箱体1上。导向定位机构具有导向定位功能,通过导向定位机构的导向定位作作用力下使得电池包箱体1能够摆正,从而实现精确定位,安装、拆卸快换电池包100更加稳定。
在本实施例中,若干个导向定位机构设于凹槽3的侧壁。若干个锁连接结构4和若干个导向定位机构均设置在凹槽3内,实现对凹槽3内的空间利用。同时,通过若干个导向定位机构将便于凹槽3的开口与纵梁200的精确对准,安装精度更高。
如图3所示,多个初定位机构6分别间隔设置于电池包箱体1上,并与锁连接结构4位于同一侧,多个初定位机构6对电池包进行初定位导向,以使凹槽3的开口对准纵梁200。通过多个初定位机构6与纵梁200相互配合以对电池包箱体1进行初定位导向,便于凹槽3的开口精确对准纵梁200并顺利套设于纵梁200,提高了安全稳定性。
若干个导向定位机构包括多个精定位机构7,多个精定位机构7分别间隔设置于电池包箱体1上与多个初定位机构6相对的一侧,多个精定位机构7对快换电池包100进行精定位导向,以将电池包箱体1定位于纵梁200上。快换电池包100通过初定位步骤后,凹槽3将套设于纵梁200,精定位步 骤开始,通过多个精定位机构7与纵梁200相互配合以对电池包箱体1进行精定位导向,以使位于凹槽3内的若干个锁连接结构4插入至纵梁200的连接槽内,锁止精度更高;同时,有效避免了快换电池包100在使用的过程中产生偏移错位现象,大大提高了安全稳定性。
纵梁200嵌设于凹槽3内,位于相对的两侧的多个精定位机构7与多个初定位机构6将分别抵靠作用力在纵梁200的相对两侧上,从而有效限制了纵梁200在水平方向的偏移,安全稳定性更高。
在本实施例中,导向定位机构为弹性定位机构。即精定位机构7和初定位机构6均为弹性定位机构。弹性定位机构包括安装壳、定位部和弹性部件,安装壳固设于电池包箱体1,安装壳的内部具有一容纳腔,安装壳的外侧面设有与容纳腔相连通的安装口,定位部穿设于安装口,且定位部的外侧面伸出安装口并抵靠于纵梁200的侧面,弹性部件作用于定位部的内侧面,且在定位部和安装壳之间传递变化的力,用于提供向外的夹紧力给纵梁200。其中,安装壳的外侧面的顶部具有第一导滑面。定位部中伸出安装口的顶部具有第二导滑面。
如图6所示,电池包箱体1底部设置有若干个解锁导向槽13,解锁导向槽13自电池包箱体1的底部贯穿至凹槽3,解锁导向槽13用于供解锁设备穿过以实现对锁连接结构4的解锁,或者供纵梁200上的锁止机构向下穿过解锁导向槽13以实现解锁设备对锁连接结构4的解锁。通过解锁导向槽13将留有对锁连接结构4的解锁空间,解锁设备上的解锁杆将穿过解锁导向槽13并作用力在锁连接结构4或者锁止机构上以实现解锁,从而实现解锁非常方便。
解锁导向槽13的底部具有倾斜导向面。倾斜导向面具有导滑作用,通过倾斜导向面使得解锁设备上的解锁杆能够顺利插入解锁导向槽13内,保证了解锁的稳定性。
如图5所示,电池包箱体1内还设有若干个用于电缆走线的过线槽14,过线槽14位于凹槽3下方,并与相邻的两个电芯容纳腔相连通。通过凹槽3的结构将相邻两个电芯容纳腔进行分割,在凹槽3下方的过线槽14将用于电缆的通过,使得相邻两个电芯容纳腔内的电芯3将通过电缆实现电连接,安装连接非常方便;同时,结构简单,加工制作方便。
如图4所示,电芯容纳腔顶部具有开口,快换电池包100还包括箱盖8,箱盖8连接于电池包箱体1上并用于遮盖电芯容纳腔的开口。通过开口将便于电芯2安装设置在电芯容纳腔内,之后将通过箱盖8对电池包箱体1内的电芯2进行遮盖,安装设置方便,且稳定性高。在本实施例中,电芯容纳腔的数量和箱盖8的数量均为多个且一一对应。当然,在其他实施例中,箱盖8的数量也可以为一个,一个箱盖8对多个电芯容纳腔的开口同时进行遮盖。
其中,凹槽3位于相邻两个开口之间。将凹槽3设置在相邻两个电芯容纳腔的开口之间,重复利用了开口之间的结构空间,实现快换电池包100结构紧凑,空间利用率高。
采用上述实施例中技术方案,充分利用纵梁下方的高度空间,在换电设备对快换电池包进行拆卸时,空载的换电设备可以直接进入快换电池包的下方空间,且不与电动汽车的底部产生干涉;在换电 设备对快换电池包进行安装时,承载有快换电池包的换电设备也可以直接进入纵梁的下方进行换电,且不与电动汽车的底部产生干涉。整个过程中,既不需要举升车身,也不需要设置下沉式空间或挖坑用于供换电设备进出,降低换电站的建站成本、时间和难度,降低对建站场地的要求,提高换电的效率。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种快换电池包,其可拆卸地设置在电动汽车的纵梁上,其特征在于,所述快换电池包顶部设有凹槽,所述快换电池包包括电池包箱体与电芯,所述电池包箱体上设有若干个锁连接结构,若干个所述锁连接结构均位于所述凹槽内,所述电池包箱体内设有若干个用于放置电芯的电芯容纳腔,至少部分所述电芯容纳腔分布于所述凹槽的两侧,所述电池包箱体通过若干个所述锁连接结构连接于所述纵梁。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,若干个所述电芯容纳腔沿水平方向依次间隔设置。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,若干个所述电芯容纳腔包括多个侧部电芯容纳腔,多个所述侧部电芯容纳腔分布于所述凹槽的两侧。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,若干个所述电芯容纳腔还包括中部电芯容纳腔,所述中部电芯容纳腔设于所述电池包箱体的中间区域,多个所述侧部电芯容纳腔分布于所述中部电芯容纳腔的两侧,所述中部电芯容纳腔与所述侧部电芯容纳腔之间形成所述凹槽;
    优选地,所述中部电芯容纳腔的高度小于所述侧部电芯容纳腔的高度。
  5. 如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,若干个所述锁连接结构分别设于所述凹槽的侧壁并用于与所述纵梁侧壁相连接;
    和/或,所述锁连接结构设于所述凹槽的槽底并用于与所述纵梁的底部相连接。
  6. 如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,所述凹槽用于避让所述纵梁。
  7. 如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,所述锁连接结构为锁轴或者挂接件,所述锁轴或者所述挂接件连接于所述纵梁的连接槽内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,所述锁轴自所述凹槽的侧壁向所述快换电池包的中部延伸。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,若干个所述锁轴的两个端部分别连接于所述凹槽的两内壁;
    或,所述挂接件包括螺纹部或者止挡部。
  10. 如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,所述快换电池包还包括安装支架,若干个所述锁连接结构均设置于所述安装支架上并通过所述安装支架安装于所述电池包箱体。
  11. 如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,所述快换电池包还包括若干个导向定位机构,若干个所述导向定位机构设置于所述电池包箱体上。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,若干个所述导向定位机构设于所述凹槽的侧壁。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,若干个所述导向定位机构包括多个初定位机构,多个所述初定位机构分别间隔设置于所述电池包箱体上,多个所述初定位机构对所述快换电池包进行初定位导向,以使所述凹槽的开口对准所述纵梁。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,多个所述初定位机构与若干个所述锁连接结构位于同一侧。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,若干个所述导向定位机构包括多个精定位机构,多个所述精定位机构分别间隔设置于所述电池包箱体上,多个所述精定位机构对所述快换电池包进行精定位导向,以将所述快换电池包定位于所述纵梁上;
    优选地,多个所述精定位机构与多个所述初定位机构分别位于相对的两侧。
  16. 如权利要求11-15中任一项所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,所述导向定位机构为弹性定位机构。
  17. 如权利要求1-16任一项所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包箱体底部设置有若干个解锁导向槽,所述解锁导向槽自所述电池包箱体的底部贯穿至所述凹槽,所述解锁导向槽用于供解锁设备穿过以实现对所述锁连接结构的解锁,或者供所述纵梁上的锁止机构向下穿过所述解锁导向槽以实现所述解锁设备对所述锁连接结构的解锁;
    优选地,所述解锁导向槽的底部具有倾斜导向面。
  18. 如权利要求1-17任一项所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包箱体内还设有若干个用于电缆走线的过线槽,所述过线槽位于所述凹槽下方,并与相邻的两个所述电芯容纳腔相连通;和/或,
    所述电芯容纳腔顶部具有开口,所述快换电池包还包括箱盖,所述箱盖连接于所述电池包箱体上并用于遮盖所述电芯容纳腔的所述开口。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的快换电池包,其特征在于,所述凹槽位于相邻两个所述开口之间。
  20. 一种电动汽车,其特征在于,其包括如权利要求1-19中任意一项所述的快换电池包。
