ドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート
 本発明は、ドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートに関するものである。
 プリント配線板材料に使用される積層板又は多層板のドリル孔あけ加工方法としては、積層板又は多層板を、1枚又は複数枚重ね、その最上部に当て板としてアルミニウム等の金属箔単体又は金属箔表面に樹脂組成物層を形成したシート(以下、本明細書ではこのシートを、通常「ドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート」といい、単に「エントリーシート」ともいう。)を配置して孔あけ加工を行う方法が、一般的に採用されている。なお、積層板としては、一般に「銅張積層板」が使用されることが多いが、外層に銅箔のない「積層板」であってもよい。
 近年、プリント配線板材料である積層板又は多層板に対して、高密度化の進展、生産性向上、及びコスト低減、並びに信頼性向上が要求されており、孔位置精度の向上等の高品質な孔あけ加工が求められている。これらの要求に対応すべく、例えば、特許文献1では、ポリエチレングリコールなどの水溶性樹脂からなるシートを使用した孔あけ加工法が提案されている。また、特許文献2では、金属箔に水溶性樹脂層を形成した孔あけ用滑剤シートが提案されている。さらに、特許文献3では、熱硬化性樹脂薄膜を形成したアルミニウム箔に水溶性樹脂層を形成した孔あけ用エントリーシートが提案されている。
 さらには、固体潤滑剤を使用した孔あけ用エントリーシートも提案されている。例えば、特許文献4では、潤滑層と、(二硫化タングステンなどの)ナノ構造粉と高伝熱化合物である固体の耐磨耗潤滑層が含まれる複合材と、支持剤とからなる穴あけ用補助板材が提案されている。特許文献5では、水溶性樹脂層にモリブデン酸亜鉛、三酸化モリブデンを添加した孔あけ用エントリーシートが提案されている。

 ところが、半導体技術の進展に比して、プリント配線板技術のそれは遅く、半導体技術との乖離がある。そのため、プリント配線板に対する高密度化、及び信頼性向上の要求は、益々高度化している。例えば、量産における最小ドリルビット径は、0.2mmφから、0.18mmφ、0.15mmφを経て、0.105mmφに移行しつつある。また、レーザー孔あけ技術に対抗して、ごく一部では、0.08mmφ、0.075mmφ、0.05mmφのドリル孔あけが試みられている。さらに、グローバル化による競争と新興国需要の取り込みのため、生産性向上、及びコスト低減要求もまた、とどまるところを知らない。よって、これらの要求に応える新たなドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートの開発が切望されている。
 従来のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートを用いた加工では、ドリルビットと積層板又は多層板との摩擦熱によって、ドリルビット周囲の水溶性樹脂などを含む樹脂組成物が溶融することで、潤滑性が発揮される。しかし、その副作用として、樹脂組成物の溶融や熱変形により、ドリルビットが横滑りしやすくなる。すなわち、ドリルビットの先端は、樹脂組成物を含む層に進入し、横滑りしながら、食いつく点を探しているが、その際、ドリルビット周囲の樹脂組成物が柔らかい状態にあると、ドリルビットに働く求芯力が弱いので、ドリルビットの横滑りが止まりにくい。このため、従来のドリル孔あけ加工用エントリーシートを用いた加工においては、孔位置精度を向上させるには限界がある。なお、本明細書において、「求芯力」とは、ドリルビットの求芯性を向上させる外部応力を意味する、求芯力としては、例えば、ドリルビットが回転する際の回転中心に対して働く応力が挙げられる。
 本発明の目的は、こうした現状に鑑み、従来のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートに比べて、孔位置精度に優れ、かつドリルビットの折損を減らすことができるドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートを提供することにある。
 本発明者らは、上記の課題を解決するため種々の検討を行った結果、ドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートを構成する樹脂組成物に、固体潤滑剤として二硫化タングステンを配合し、その配合量を特定の範囲にすることで、ドリルビットの求芯性が向上し、孔位置精度が向上することを見出した。さらに、二硫化タングステンの潤滑作用により潤滑性が高まり、切り粉の排出が円滑になることで、切り粉がダマになるのが防がれ、ダマ状の切り粉とドリルビットとの接触によるドリルビット折損の問題を防ぐことができること、二硫化タングステンの潤滑作用によりドリル加工寿命が向上することを見出し、本発明を完成させた。なお、本明細書において、「求芯性」とは、切削時の切削方向の直進性を指す。例えば、ドリルビットが、ドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートに備えられる樹脂組成物を含む層(以下、「樹脂組成物層」ともいう。)に接する点において、回転するドリルビット先端の切刃は、滑り動きながら樹脂組成物層表面に食いつく。この際、潤滑性を単に高めただけのエントリーシートでは、ドリルビット先端の切刃が横滑りしやすくなるので求芯性を損ない、孔位置精度を悪化させてしまう。
 すなわち、本発明は、以下のとおりである。
(1)金属箔と、その金属箔の少なくとも片面上に形成された樹脂組成物を含む層と、を備えるドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートであって、前記樹脂組成物は、樹脂と、固体潤滑剤としての二硫化タングステンと、を含み、前記樹脂組成物に含まれる二硫化タングステンの含有量は、前記樹脂組成物に含まれる樹脂100質量部に対して10質量部~200質量部である、ドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
(2)前記樹脂組成物は、二硫化タングステンとは異なる固体潤滑剤を更に含む、(1)記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
(3)前記樹脂組成物は、前記二硫化タングステンとは異なる固体潤滑剤として黒鉛を含む、(2)記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
(4)レーザー回折式粒度分布測定装置を用いて測定した前記二硫化タングステンの粒度分布曲線の最大ピークにおける粒径が1~20μmである、(1)~(3)のいずれか一つに記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
(5)前記樹脂組成物を含む層は、0.02~0.3mmの範囲の厚さを有する、(1)~(4)のいずれか一つに記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
(6)前記樹脂組成物は、水溶性樹脂(A)を含む、(1)~(5)のいずれか一つに記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。

 本発明のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートを使用することで、二硫化タングステンを含む樹脂組成物層の優れた潤滑性により、孔あけ加工時の優れた孔位置精度と孔あけ加工時におけるドリルビットの折損を減らすことができる。その結果、一層の高密度設計が可能となり、高品質で、生産性に優れる孔あけ加工が可能となる。あるいは、ドリルビットの加工寿命が延び、さらに一度に孔あけ加工する重ね枚数を増やすことが可能になり、生産性向上とコストダウンに寄与する。

 以下、必要に応じて図面を参照しつつ、本発明を実施するための形態(以下、単に「本実施形態」という。)について説明するが、本発明は、下記本実施形態に限定されるものではない。本発明は、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で様々な変形が可能である。なお、図面中、同一要素には同一符号を付すこととし、重複する説明は省略する。また、上下左右等の位置関係は、特に断らない限り、図面に示す位置関係に基づくものとする。更に、図面の寸法比率は図示の比率に限られるものではない。また、本明細書における「(メタ)アクリル」とは「アクリル」及びそれに対応する「メタクリル」を意味し、「(メタ)アクリレート」とは「アクリレート」及びそれに対応する「メタクリレート」を意味する。
 本実施形態のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート(以下、単に「エントリーシート」ともいう。)は、金属箔と、その金属箔の少なくとも片面上に形成された樹脂組成物を含む層(以下、「樹脂組成物層」ともいう。)と、を備えるドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートである。本実施形態のエントリーシートにおいて、樹脂組成物は、樹脂と固体潤滑剤としての二硫化タングステンとを含み、樹脂組成物に含まれる二硫化タングステンの含有量は、樹脂組成物の樹脂100質量部に対して10質量部~200質量部である。
 まず、本実施形態のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートを構成する要素について説明する。本実施形態において、固体潤滑剤とは、ドリルビット摩耗速度を抑制させ、かつ、孔あけ加工時の摩擦による発熱を減少させるために、薄膜又は粉末として用いる固体である。固体潤滑剤は、その融点が300℃以上のものであると好ましく、これにより、孔あけ加工時のエントリーシートの使用温度よりも高い温度(例えば200℃)の空気中においても、熱的により安定し、溶融し難く、固体の状態を維持することができる。なお、孔あけ加工時のエントリーシートの使用温度は、加工対象によって異なるが、100℃以上、200℃未満であると好ましい。
 本実施形態においては、樹脂組成物が固体潤滑剤として二硫化タングステンを含むことを必須とする。二硫化タングステンは、モース硬度1~1.5の滑石に次ぐ柔らかい鉱物であり、高温であっても溶融せず大気中で450℃まで安定な固体潤滑剤である。二硫化タングステンは、同様に固体潤滑剤として用いられ得る二硫化モリブデンよりも酸化される温度が100℃程度高く、耐熱性、及び耐圧性に優れるものである。また、二硫化タングステンは摩擦係数(μ)も低く、特に100℃以上200℃未満の温度領域において、湿度の影響を受けずに安定した摩擦係数を示す特徴がある。さらに、二硫化タングステンは、樹脂組成物に分散させる際の凝集性が低く、樹脂組成物への分散性は、二硫化モリブデンよりも優れている。
 一般的に、二硫化タングステンには、製造時の未反応物である硫黄や金属タングステンが不純物として含まれる。本実施形態においては、二硫化タングステンの純度は85質量%以上であると好ましく、90質量%以上であるとより好ましく、95質量%以上であると特に好ましい。なお、二硫化タングステンの純度の上限は特に限定されず、100質量%であってもよく、99質量%であってもよい。二硫化タングステンは85質量%以上の純度であれば、固体潤滑剤としての性能をより効果的に発揮することができる。このような二硫化タングステンの市販品としては、例えば、日本潤滑剤株式会社製のタンミックA、B(商品名)が挙げられる。二硫化タングステンの純度は差数法に準拠して測定される。すなわち、二硫化タングステンに含まれる硫黄や金属タングステンなどの不純物の質量を、全体質量から差し引いた数値を二硫化タングステンの純度とする。なお、その他の二硫化タングステンの純度測定方法としてICP(InductivelyCoupled Plasma)質量分析法などが挙げられる。
 本実施形態に係る樹脂組成物は、二硫化タングステンを、樹脂組成物に含まれる樹脂100質量部に対して10質量部~200質量部含む。二硫化タングステンの含有量は、樹脂100質量部に対して、10質量部~150質量部であると好ましく、10質量部~100質量部であるとより好ましい。二硫化タングステンの含有量が10質量部以上であると、潤滑効果及びドリルビットの求芯性向上効果をより有効かつ確実に奏することができる。また、二硫化タングステンの含有量が200質量部以下であると、樹脂組成物中での二硫化タングステンの凝集を抑制できる結果、ドリルビットの求芯性を向上することが可能となり、孔位置精度に優れ、また経済的合理性の点でも有利である。
 本実施形態において、二硫化タングステンは、樹脂組成物内に分散した状態で存在することが好ましい。樹脂組成物内における二硫化タングステンの平均粒径は、1μm~20μmであると好ましく、より好ましくは1μm~15μmであり、さらに好ましくは1μm~10μmであり、特に好ましくは3μm~8μmである。平均粒径1μm~20μmの二硫化タングステンは、適度な体積と適度な硬度を有する固体であるので、層状構造という潤滑剤としての特徴をさらに十分に発揮できる。その平均粒径が1μm以上であれば、層状構造という潤滑剤としての特徴をより十分に発揮できるので好ましい。また、平均粒径が20μm以下であれば、孔位置精度をさらに高めることができると共に切り粉をより良好に排出することができる。
 本実施形態における二硫化タングステンの平均粒径は、以下のようにして測定する。本実施形態のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートを構成する樹脂組成物に含まれる可溶分を60℃以上の温水、及び/又は溶剤に溶解させる。次いで、得られた樹脂組成物の溶液をろ過、洗浄し、十分に液体成分を乾燥除去して、樹脂組成物に含まれる固形物を採取する。この得られた固形物を0.2%ヘキサメタりん酸溶液と10%トリトン数滴とからなる溶液に分散させ、レーザー回折式粒度分布測定装置(型番:SALD-2100、株式会社島津製作所製)を用いて、投影した二硫化タングステンの粒子それぞれの最大長さを測定する。次いで、測定結果から粒度分布曲線(個数基準)を作成する。その曲線の示す最小値(最小粒径)から最大値(最大粒径)までの範囲を二硫化タングステンの粒径の範囲とし、また、粒度分布曲線の最大ピークにおける粒径(個数基準で二硫化タングステンが最も多い粒径)を平均粒径とする。
 なお、二硫化タングステンの粒径は、最大粒径よりも平均粒径が重要である。なぜなら、樹脂組成物に占める含有割合の高い二硫化タングステンの粒径が、ドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートの特性である孔位置精度及び潤滑性に、より大きな影響を与えるからである。そのため、二硫化タングステンの平均粒径を管理することが、本実施形態のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートの性能を向上させるために重要になる。
 上記のように、本実施形態のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートは、樹脂組成物が固体潤滑剤として二硫化タングステンを含有する樹脂組成物を含む層を備え、樹脂組成物中の二硫化タングステンの含有量を上記特定の範囲にすることで、従来のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートに比べて、孔位置精度に優れるものとなる。それに加えて、本実施形態のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートは、ドリルビットの折損及びドリル加工寿命にも優れる。
 図10、11は、ドリル孔あけ時にエントリーシートにドリルビットが進入する様子を模式的に示す図であり、樹脂として符号Bで示される結晶となった水溶性樹脂(A)を用い、図10は樹脂組成物が固体潤滑剤を含まない場合、図11は樹脂組成物が固体潤滑剤としての二硫化タングステンを含む場合を示している。水溶性樹脂(A)Bを含む樹脂組成物が固体潤滑剤を含まない図10に示すような場合、ドリルビットAの先端は、樹脂組成物層に進入し、横滑りしながら、食いつく点を探すことになる。ドリルビットA周囲の樹脂組成物は、柔らかい状態にあるので、ドリルビットAに働く求芯力Dが弱くなり、ドリルビットAの横滑りを止めにくい。このため、孔位置精度の向上には限界がある。そこで、本発明者らは、固体潤滑剤として二硫化タングステンを配合し、その配合量を最適化することを見出した。
 以下に、本実施形態のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートの主な作用効果について説明するが、そのエントリーシートの作用効果は下記のものに限定されない。
 第一に、二硫化タングステンは、適度な硬度がある。そして、ドリル孔あけ加工時の使用温度においても、体積のある固体潤滑剤であり、すなわち、形状の固定された固体の状態を維持し、その位置も固定されやすくなる。その結果、本実施形態のドリル孔明け加工用エントリーシートを用いた孔あけ加工において、水溶性樹脂(A)Bを含む樹脂組成物が固体潤滑剤としての二硫化タングステンEを含む図11に示すような場合、ドリルビットAの先端は、樹脂組成物層に進入する際、形状や位置が固定された固体潤滑剤である二硫化タングステンEに食いつくことになる。そうすると、求芯性が良くなり求芯力Dが強まるので、従来のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートを用いた孔あけ加工に比べて、特に初期から累積3,000hitsにおける孔位置精度に優れるものとなる。
 第二に、二硫化タングステンEは、樹脂組成物の熱変形とドリルビットAの横滑りを抑制する。そうすると、ドリルビットAは十分な求芯力Dを得ることができ、ドリルビットの摩耗が進んだ累積6,000hitsにおいても、孔位置精度に優れるものとなる。
 第三に、二硫化タングステンEは、ドリルビットAの溝に付着し、その潤滑作用によって切り粉を円滑に排出できる。その結果、孔あけ加工により発生する切り粉がダマになることが抑制され、ダマ状の切り粉にドリルビットAが接触することによるドリルビット折損を防ぐことができる。
 第四に、二硫化タングステンEは、ドリルビットAの表面、溝、及び孔あけ対象物(例えば積層板又は多層板などのプリント配線板材料)の孔壁に付着し、孔あけ対象物とドリルビットAとの間に常在して潤滑性を高める。その結果、本実施形態のエントリーシートを用いると、ドリルビットAの磨耗が抑制され、ドリル加工寿命に優れるものとなる。
 上記した二硫化タングステンを用いることによるエントリーシートの作用効果は、従来技術で用いられている二硫化モリブデン、モリブデン酸亜鉛、又は三酸化モリブデンよりも優れている。その結果、本実施形態の二硫化タングステンを固体潤滑剤として用いるドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートは、従来技術の二硫化モリブデン、モリブデン酸亜鉛、又は三酸化モリブデンを固体潤滑剤として用いたドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートに比して、孔位置精度、及びドリル加工寿命に顕著に優れるものとなる。
 さらに、二硫化タングステンは、非膨潤性である。このため、合成マイカや粘土などの膨潤性の固体潤滑剤のように、保湿度合いを厳密に管理する必要がなく、工業上有利である。ここで、非膨潤性の定義について説明する。水90質量部に固体潤滑剤を10質量部配合した水溶液を、ビーカーやフラスコなどの高さ方向に一定の内径を有し、かつ平坦な内底面を有する容器に収容し、十分に混合するまで撹拌する。その後、1時間静置してから固体潤滑剤の沈降高さを測り、沈降高さ比(容器の内底面から水溶液の液面までの高さに対する、内底面から固体潤滑剤の沈降物上面までの高さの比率)が50%未満である場合を非膨潤と定義する。なお、沈降高さ比が90%以上である場合を分散又は膨潤、沈降高さ比が50%以上90%未満である場合を膨潤と定義する。本実施形態において用いる二硫化タングステンでは、内底面から液面までの高さが60mm、内底面から二硫化タングステンの沈降物上面までの高さが22mm、沈降高さ比が36.7%であり、明確に2層分離した例がある。
 このような特性は、後述する樹脂組成物の溶液に二硫化タングステンを分散させる際に、均一に分散しやすく、凝集しにくい長所となる。その結果、得られるエントリーシートにおいても、二硫化タングステンがエントリーシートの全体に亘って良好に分散することが可能となる。また、孔あけ加工後の洗浄において、二硫化タングステンが孔内に残留しにくくなる。ただし、二硫化タングステンを樹脂組成物の溶液に分散させる際、二硫化タングステンの濃度勾配が生じないよう、十分に撹拌することが好ましい。
 本実施形態に係る樹脂組成物に含まれる樹脂としては、水溶性樹脂(A)が好ましい。ここで、水溶性樹脂(A)とは、下記に述べる水溶性樹脂だけでなく、固体潤滑剤ではない水溶性潤滑剤をも包含する概念である。なお、本明細書において「固体潤滑剤ではない」潤滑剤は、液体潤滑剤及び半固体潤滑剤を包含する概念である。
 水溶性樹脂としては特に限定されるものではなく、例えば、ポリエチレンオキサイド;ポリプロピレンオキサイド;ポリアクリル酸ソーダ;ポリアクリルアミド;ポリビニルピロリドン;セルロース誘導体;ポリテトラメチレングリコール;及びポリアルキレングリコールのポリエステル;からなる群より選択される1種又は2種以上であることが好ましい。ポリアルキレングリコールのポリエステルとは、ポリアルキレングリコールと二塩基酸とを反応させて得られる縮合物のことである。ポリアルキレングリコールとしては、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、及びポリテトラメチレングリコール、並びにこれらの共重合物で例示されるグリコール類が例示できる。二塩基酸としては、例えば、フタル酸、イソフタル酸、テレフタル酸、セバシン酸及びピロメリット酸などの多価カルボン酸の部分エステル、並びに酸無水物が挙げられる。これらは1種又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いられる。
 固体潤滑剤ではない水溶性潤滑剤の種類は特に限定されるものではなく、例えば、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール;ポリオキシエチレンオレイルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンセチルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンステアリルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンノニルフェニルエーテル、及びポリオキシエチレンオクチルフェニルエーテルなどで例示されるポリオキシエチレンのモノエーテル類;ポリオキシエチレンモノステアレート;ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノステアレート;ヘキサグリセリンモノステアレート、及びデカグリセリンモノステアレートなどで例示されるポリグリセリンモノステアレート類;並びにポリオキシエチレンプロピレン共重合体が挙げられる。これらは1種を単独で又は2種以上を適宜混合して用いることができる。
 上記のうち、本発明の目的をより有効かつ確実に達成する観点から、水溶性樹脂としてはポリエチレンオキサイドが好ましく、固体潤滑剤ではない水溶性潤滑剤としてはポリエチレングリコールが好ましい。
 樹脂組成物は、熱可塑性の非水溶性樹脂を含むことが好ましい。樹脂組成物が熱可塑性の非水溶性樹脂を含むことにより、樹脂組成物層がより硬くなり、樹脂組成物層における二硫化タングステンの位置が更に保持されやすくなる。その結果、本発明の効果である求芯性の向上による孔位置精度の向上や潤滑性の向上という効果が一層有効かつ確実に奏される。
 水溶性樹脂(A)以外の樹脂としては、上述のように熱可塑性の非水溶性樹脂が挙げられ、その種類は、特に限定されるものではなく、公知のものを用いることができる。熱可塑性の非水溶性樹脂としては、例えば、アミド系エラストマー、ブタジエン系エラストマー、エステル系エラストマー、オレフィン系エラストマー、ウレタン系エラストマー、スチレン系エラストマー、ポリブテン、低密度ポリエチレン、塩素化ポリエチレン、メタロセン系ポリオレフィン樹脂、エチレン・アクリル酸エステル・無水マレイン酸共重合体、エチレン・グリシジル(メタ)アクリレート共重合体、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂、変性エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂、エチレン・(メタ)アクリル酸共重合樹脂、アイオノマー樹脂、及びエチレン・(メタ)アクリル酸エステル共重合樹脂が挙げられる。熱可塑性の非水溶性樹脂は、1種を単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いられ、上記の水溶性樹脂(A)と併用してもよい。
 なお、本明細書において「非水溶性」とは、室温における水に対する溶解度が10mg/dm以下であることを意味する。つまり、本明細書において「水溶性」とは、室温における水に対する溶解度が10mg/dmを超えることを意味する。
 本実施形態における樹脂組成物は、樹脂と所定量の二硫化タングステンとを含む以外は特に限定されるものではなく、二硫化タングステンとは異なる固体潤滑剤、及び固体潤滑剤ではない非水溶性潤滑剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種以上のものを含んでいてもよい。
 本実施形態の樹脂組成物は、固体潤滑剤として二硫化タングステンを含有するが、二硫化タングステン以外の固体潤滑剤をも含有することが、孔位置精度(特に高いヒット数における孔位置精度)、ドリルビットに対する樹脂巻き付きの抑制、及びドリルビット先端の磨耗低減の観点から好ましい。二硫化タングステン以外の固体潤滑剤としては、例えば、黒鉛、二硫化モリブデン、及び三酸化モリブデンが挙げられ、上記と同様の観点から、黒鉛、及び二硫化モリブデンが好ましく、黒鉛がより好ましい。黒鉛は純度が95%以上のもの、又は粒径が30μm以下のものが更に好ましい。これらは1種を単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いられる。
 樹脂組成物が、二硫化タングステンとそれ以外の固体潤滑剤を含む場合、二硫化タングステンとそれ以外の固体潤滑剤との含有比(二硫化タングステン:それ以外の固体潤滑剤)は、質量比で10:90~90:10であると好ましく、20:80~80:20であるとより好ましい。それらの含有比が上記範囲内にあることで、孔位置精度(特に高いヒット数における孔位置精度)がより優れたものになると共に、ドリルビットに対する樹脂巻き付きをさらに抑制し、ドリルビット先端の磨耗を一層低減することができる。
 固体潤滑剤ではない非水溶性潤滑剤の種類も特に限定されるものではなく、公知の物質を用いることができる。そのような非水溶性潤滑剤としては、例えば、エチレンビスステアロアミド、オレイン酸アミド、ステアリン酸アミド、及びメチレンビスステアルアミドなどで例示されるアマイド系化合物、ラウリン酸、ステアリン酸、パルミチン酸、及びオレイン酸などで例示される脂肪酸系化合物、ステアリン酸ブチル、オレイン酸ブチル、及びラウリン酸グリコールなどで例示される脂肪酸エステル系化合物、流動パラフィン、及びポリエチレンワックスなどで例示される脂肪族炭化水素系化合物、並びにオレインアルコールなどで例示される高級脂肪族アルコールが挙げられる。これらは1種を単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いられる。樹脂組成物が固体潤滑剤ではない非水溶性潤滑剤を含むことにより、樹脂組成物層がより硬くなり、樹脂組成物層における二硫化タングステンの位置が更に保持されやすくなる。その結果、本発明の効果である求芯性の向上による孔位置精度の向上や潤滑性の向上という効果が一層有効かつ確実に奏される。
 上記の樹脂組成物に含まれ得る水溶性樹脂、固体潤滑剤ではない水溶性潤滑剤、熱可塑性の非水溶性樹脂、及び固体潤滑剤ではない非水溶性潤滑剤は、その潤滑性による孔あけ加工時の摩擦低減、及びドリル磨耗低減という本来の役割以外に、二硫化タングステンをドリルビットとプリント配線板材料に運ぶキャリアーの役割も果たしている。
 本実施形態における樹脂組成物層の厚さは、ドリル孔あけ加工する際に使用するドリルビット径や、加工する孔あけ対象物(例えば、積層板又は多層板などのプリント配線板材料)の構成などによって適宜選択される。樹脂組成物層の厚さは、0.02~0.3mmの範囲であると好ましく、0.02~0.2mmの範囲であることがより好ましい。樹脂組成物層の厚さが0.02mm以上であることにより、より十分な潤滑効果が得られ、ドリルビットへの負荷が軽減されるので、ドリルビットの折損をさらに抑制することができる。また、樹脂組成物層の厚さが0.3mm以下であることにより、ドリルビットへの樹脂組成物の巻き付きを抑制することができる。
 また、本実施形態の樹脂組成物は、本発明の目的達成を阻害しない範囲で、必要に応じて上記以外の添加剤を含むことができる。添加剤の種類は、特に限定されないが、例えば、表面調整剤、レベリング剤、帯電防止剤、乳化剤、消泡剤、ワックス添加剤、カップリング剤、レオロジーコントロール剤、防腐剤、防黴剤、酸化防止剤、光安定剤、核剤、有機フィラー、無機フィラー、熱安定化剤、及び着色剤が挙げられる。
 本実施形態のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートに使用される金属箔は、特に限定されないが、上記樹脂組成物層との密着性が高く、ドリルビットによる衝撃に耐え得る金属材料であると好ましい。金属箔の金属種としては、入手性、コスト、及び加工性の観点から、例えばアルミニウムが挙げられる。アルミニウム箔の材質としては、純度95%以上のアルミニウムが好ましい、そのようなアルミニウム箔としては、例えば、JIS-H4160に規定される、5052、3004、3003、1N30、1N99、1050、1070、1085、8021が挙げられる。金属箔にアルミニウム純度95%以上のアルミニウム箔を用いることによって、ドリルビットによる衝撃の緩和、及びドリルビット先端部との食いつき性が向上し、樹脂組成物によるドリルビットの潤滑効果と相俟って、加工孔の孔位置精度を一層高めることができる。
 金属箔の厚さは、好ましくは0.05~0.5mmであり、より好ましくは0.05~0.3mmである。金属箔の厚さが0.05mm以上であれば、ドリル孔あけ加工時の孔あけ対象物(例えば、積層板)のバリの発生を抑制することができる。また、金属箔の厚さが0.5mm以下であれば、ドリル孔あけ加工時に発生する切り粉の排出がより容易になる。
 また、樹脂組成物層との密着性の点から、予め、金属箔表面上に接着層の機能を有する樹脂皮膜が形成された金属箔を用いることが好ましい。これにより、エントリーシートは、金属箔と樹脂組成物層との間に樹脂皮膜である接着層を有することができる。密着性、コスト、及び孔あけ特性の観点から、樹脂皮膜の厚さは、0.002~0.02mmであることが好ましく、0.002~0.01mmであることがより好ましい。樹脂皮膜に用いられる樹脂については、樹脂組成物層との密着性を向上できるものであれば特に限定はされず、熱可塑性樹脂、及び熱硬化性樹脂のいずれであってもよく、あるいは接着性樹脂であってもよい。熱可塑性樹脂としては、ウレタン系重合体、酢酸ビニル系重合体、塩化ビニル系重合体、ポリエステル系重合体、及びアクリル系重合体並びにそれらの共重合体が例示される。熱硬化性樹脂としては、エポキシ系樹脂、及びシアネート系樹脂が例示される。接着性樹脂としては、上記樹脂以外に、メラミン樹脂、ユリア樹脂、及びフェノール樹脂などの合成樹脂やクロロプレンゴム、ニトリルゴム、スチレンブタジエンゴム、及びシリコーンゴムなどの合成ゴムが例示される。これらは1種を単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いられる。
 本実施形態において、樹脂皮膜に、固体潤滑剤として二硫化タングステンを含有させることもできる。樹脂皮膜にも二硫化タングステンを含有させることは、孔位置精度の更なる向上に寄与する。樹脂皮膜における二硫化タングステンの含有量は、樹脂皮膜を形成する樹脂組成物における樹脂100質量部に対して、1質量部~50質量部であることが好ましく、5質量部~30質量部であることがより好ましい。二硫化タングステンの含有量が1質量部以上であれば、潤滑効果やドリルビットの求芯性が向上する。また、二硫化タングステンの含有量が50質量部未満であれば、金属箔と樹脂組成物層との接着性がより十分なものとなる。二硫化タングステンを添加する樹脂皮膜を形成する樹脂組成物の樹脂としては、上記熱硬化性樹脂、熱可塑性樹脂又は接着性樹脂を用いることができる。また、固体潤滑剤として二硫化タングステンを上記樹脂皮膜に添加する場合、樹脂皮膜の厚さは二硫化タングステンの粒径に応じて適宜選択されてもよい。
 本実施形態のエントリーシートを構成する各層の厚さは、次のようにして測定する。まず、クロスセクションポリッシャー(日本電子データム株式会社製、商品名「CROSS-SECTION POLISHER SM-09010」)、又はウルトラミクロトーム(Leica社製、品番「EM UC7」)を用いて、エントリーシートを、各層の積層方向に切断する。その後、SEM(走査型電子顕微鏡(Scanning Electron Microscope)、KEYENCE社製 品番「VE-7800」)を用いて、切断して現れた断面に対して垂直方向からその断面を観察し、構成する各層、例えば、金属箔、樹脂皮膜、及び樹脂組成物層の厚さを測定する。1視野に対して、5箇所の厚さを測定し、その平均値を各層の厚さとする。
 本実施形態のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートは、積層板又は多層板のドリル孔あけ加工に用いられると、本発明の目的をより有効かつ確実に奏するので好ましい。また、そのドリル孔あけ加工は、直径(ドリルビット径)0.30mmφ以下のドリルビットによるドリル孔あけ加工であると、本発明の目的を更に有効かつ確実に奏することができる。特に、直径0.05mmφ以上0.30mmφ以下、さらには孔位置精度が重要になる直径0.05mmφ以上0.20mmφ以下の小径のドリルビット用途であると、孔位置精度、及びドリル寿命を大きく向上させる点で好適である。なお、0.05mmφのドリルビット径は、入手可能なドリルビット径の下限であり、これよりも小径のドリルビットが入手可能になれば、上記の限りではない。また、直径0.30mmφ超のドリルビットを用いるドリル孔あけ加工に、本実施形態のエントリーシートを採用しても問題ない。
 以下に、本実施形態のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートの製造方法について説明する。本実施形態のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートの製造方法は特に限定されるものではないが、例えば、次のようにして製造することができる。
 まず、金属箔の少なくとも片面上に樹脂組成物層を形成する。その方法としては、上記金属箔上に、直接又は間接的に、樹脂組成物を適宜融解した熱溶解物、又は、溶媒に溶解もしくは分散させた液(以下、単に「樹脂組成物溶液」という。)を、コーティング法などの方法で塗工して、さらに乾燥させる、及び/又は冷却固化させる方法が挙げられる。あるいは、予め樹脂組成物を含むシートを作製しておき、上記金属箔と貼り合わせるホットメルト法であってもよい。その際、金属箔の樹脂組成物層を形成する面上に予め樹脂皮膜を形成しておくのが、金属箔と樹脂組成物層とを積層一体化させる上で好ましい。
 コーティング法などによって、樹脂組成物溶液を金属箔上に塗工して、乾燥させる場合、樹脂組成物溶液は、水と水よりも沸点が低い溶媒とからなる混合溶媒を含有する溶液であることが好ましい。水と水よりも沸点が低い溶媒からなる混合溶媒を用いることは、緻密な球晶の生成、及び樹脂組成物層中の残留気泡の低減に寄与する。水よりも沸点が低い溶媒の種類は、特に限定されないが、例えば、エタノール、メタノールやイソプロピルアルコールなどのアルコール類が挙げられ、メチルエチルケトンやアセトンなどの低沸点溶剤も用いることが可能である。その他の溶媒として、水やアルコール類に樹脂組成物との相溶性が高いテトラヒドロフランやアセトニトリルを一部混合させた溶媒などを用いることが可能である。水と水よりも沸点が低い溶媒との混合溶媒を用いる場合、それら混合比(水/沸点が低い溶媒)は、質量基準で90/10~50/50の範囲であると好ましく、80/20~50/50の範囲であるとより好ましく、70/30~50/50の範囲であるとさらに好ましく、60/40~50/50の範囲であると特に好ましい。水よりも沸点が低い溶媒の混合比が10以上であると、水溶性樹脂(A)を用いた場合に、その緻密な球晶をより生成しやすくなる。水よりも沸点が低い溶媒の混合比が50以下であることにより、工業的に、より安定的にエントリーシートを生産することが可能となる。
 また、コーティング法又はホットメルト法などによって、樹脂組成物溶液や熱溶解物を金属箔上に塗工して、加熱乾燥し冷却固化させる方法を採用する場合、加熱乾燥の際のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートの温度は、120℃~160℃であると好ましく、冷却固化は常温であると好ましく、5~30秒で常温(例えば30℃以下)に冷却することが好ましい。加熱乾燥の温度が160℃以下であると、工業的に、より安定的にエントリーシートを生産することができる。また、冷却温度が常温であることにより、後工程で結露を生じることを抑制することができる。
 固体潤滑剤としての二硫化タングステンを樹脂組成物層内に分散させる方法は、特に限定されない。例えば、ディゾルバーやプラネタリーミキサー、バタフライミキサーなどを用いて、高剪断力と高速回転により、樹脂組成物内に二硫化タングステンを均一に分散させることで、その樹脂組成物から形成される樹脂組成物層内に二硫化タングステンを高分散させることができる。
 本実施形態のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートは、例えば、プリント配線板材料、より具体的には、積層板又は多層板をドリル孔あけ加工する際に好適に用いることができる。具体的には、積層板又は多層板を1枚又は複数枚重ねたもの(プリント配線板材料)の少なくとも最上面に、金属箔側がプリント配線板材料に接するようにドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートを配置し、そのエントリーシートの上面(樹脂組成物層の面)から、ドリル孔あけ加工を行うことができる。
 本実施形態のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートは、孔あけ加工時の優れた孔位置精度と樹脂組成物層の優れた潤滑性とにより、孔あけ加工時におけるドリルビットの折損を低減することもできる。より詳細には、二硫化タングステンを含む樹脂組成物層の優れた潤滑性により、孔あけ加工時の優れた孔位置精度と孔あけ加工時におけるドリルビットへの負荷が低減することで、ドリルビットの折損を減らすことができる。その結果、一層の高密度設計が可能となり、高い信頼性(高品質)で、生産性に優れる孔あけ加工が可能となる。あるいは、ドリルビットの加工寿命が延び、さらに一度に孔あけ加工する重ね枚数を増やすことが可能となり、生産性向上とコストダウンにも寄与する。
 以上、本発明の実施するための形態について説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではない。本発明は、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更を加えることができる。
 以下、実施例によって本発明による効果を、本発明の範囲から外れる比較例と比較して説明するが、本発明はこれらの実施例に限定されるものではない。なお、「二硫化タングステン」を「WS2」、「二硫化モリブデン」を「MoS2」、「黒鉛」を「C」、「酸化タングステン」を「WO3」、「酸化モリブデン」を「MoO3」と略記することがある。
 表1に、実施例及び比較例のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートの製造に用いる、樹脂組成物、固体潤滑剤、金属箔等の原料仕様を示す。また、表2に、実施例及び比較例のドリル孔あけ加工に用いるドリルビット、積層板及び当て板の仕様を示す。

<実施例1>
 重量平均分子量150,000のポリエチレンオキサイド(明成化学工業株式会社製、商品名:アルトップMG-150)30質量部と、重量平均分子量20,000のポリエチレングリコール(三洋化成工業株式会社製、商品名:PEG20000)70質量部とを、樹脂の濃度が30質量%になるように、水/MeOH(メタノール)混合溶液に溶解させて、水溶性樹脂溶液を得た。この時の水とMeOHとの比率を質量比で60/40とした。さらに、この水溶性樹脂溶液に、固体潤滑剤として二硫化タングステン(日本潤滑剤株式会社製、平均粒径:2μm、純度:98%)を水溶性樹脂溶液中の樹脂100質量部に対して、10質量部添加し、十分に分散させて樹脂組成物溶液を得た。この樹脂組成物溶液を、片面上に厚さ0.01mmのエポキシ樹脂皮膜を形成したアルミニウム箔(使用アルミニウム箔の品番:1N30、厚さ0.1mm、三菱アルミニウム株式会社製)の樹脂皮膜面側に、バーコーターを用いて、乾燥後の樹脂組成物層の厚さが0.05mmになるように塗布し、乾燥機にて120℃で5分間乾燥後、常温まで冷却することで、ドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートを作製した。なお、本実施例で用いた二硫化タングステンの一部の走査型電子顕微鏡写真(倍率:5000倍)を、図1に示す。
<実施例2~24>
 実施例1に準じて、表4に示す各材料の種類及び含有割合にて樹脂組成物溶液を調製し、乾燥後の樹脂組成物層の厚さが0.05mmであるドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートを作製した。なお、実施例で用いた二硫化モリブデンの一部の走査型電子顕微鏡写真(倍率:5000倍)を、図2に示す。
<比較例1~19>
 実施例1に準じて、表5に示す各材料の種類及び含有割合にて樹脂組成物溶液を調製し、乾燥後の樹脂組成物層の厚さが0.05mmであるドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートを作製した。なお、比較例で用いた三酸化タングステン及び三酸化モリブデンの一部の走査型電子顕微鏡写真(倍率:5000倍)を、それぞれ図3、図4に示す。
 固体潤滑剤は、樹脂組成物の樹脂100質量部に対して、1種類につき、0.0、2.0、5.0、10.0、20.0、25.0、40.0、50.0、60.0、80.0、100.0、150.0、200.0質量部のいずれかの量を添加した。
 孔あけ加工条件は下記のとおりとした。
 ドリルビット径:0.2mmφ(株式会社タンガロイ製、商品名:C-CFU020S)、
 回転数:200,000rpm、
 送り速度13μm/rev.、
 上昇速度:25.4m/min、
 加工基材(積層板):品番:HL832、厚さ0.2mm、銅箔厚さ12μm、6枚重ね、
<評価方法>
 1~1,500hits、1~3,000hits、1~6,000hitsの孔位置精度、ドリルビットに対する樹脂の巻き付き、ドリルビット先端の摩耗の評価結果を基に、表3の評価基準に従って総合評価を行った。その結果をそれぞれ表4、5に示す。なお、総合評価は、各評価項目から判定される優、良、可及び不可のうち、最も下位のものを反映させた。
 実施例及び比較例で作製したドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートの各サンプルは、以下のようにして評価した。
(1)孔位置精度
 積み重ねた銅張積層板上に、ドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートをその樹脂組成物層を上にして配置し、ドリル孔あけ加工を行った。ドリルビット1本につき6,000hitsの孔あけ加工をし、4本のドリルビットを用いて繰り返した。ドリルビット1本分ごとに、1~1,500hits、1~3,000hits、1~6,000hitsの孔につき、積み重ねた銅張積層板の最下板の裏面(下面)における孔位置と指定座標とのズレを、ホールアナライザー(型番:HA-1AM、日立ビアメカニクス株式会社製)を用いて測定した。そのズレについて、平均値及び標準偏差(σ)を計算し、「平均値+3σ」を算出した。その後、ドリル孔あけ加工全体の孔位置精度として、使用したn本のドリルビットについてそれぞれの「平均値+3σ」の値に対する平均値を算出した。結果を表4及び5に示す。また、各例の孔位置精度を比較したグラフを図5~図7に示す。なお、孔位置精度の算出に用いた式は、下記のとおりである。

(2)固体潤滑剤の粒度
 固体潤滑剤の粒度は下記のようにして測定した。まず、固体潤滑剤の試料を0.2%ヘキサメタりん酸溶液と10%トリトン数滴とからなる溶液に分散させ、レーザー回折式粒度分布測定装置(型番:SALD-2100、株式会社島津製作所製)を使用して、投影した固体潤滑剤の粒子それぞれの最大長さを測定した。次いで、測定結果から粒度分布曲線(個数基準)を作成した。粒度分布曲線の示す最大粒径から最小粒径の範囲を固体潤滑剤の粒径の範囲とした。また、粒度分布曲線の最大ピークにおける粒径(個数基準で固体潤滑剤が最も多い粒径)を平均粒径とした。
(3)ドリルビットの樹脂巻き付き量
 6,000hitsの孔あけ加工後のドリルビットについて、ドリルビットの側面から、倍率25倍のマイクロスコープ(型番VHK-100、株式会社キーエンス製)を用いて、ドリルビットへの樹脂の巻き付きの様子を観察した。ドリルビットの根元に付着した樹脂巻き付きの幅と長さを計測し、ドリルビットの樹脂巻き付き量を、下記式から算出した。なお、長さ、幅及び直径の単位はmmである。
 ドリルビットの樹脂巻き付き量(mm)=1/3×(樹脂巻き付きの幅/2)×(樹脂巻き付きの幅/2)×3.14×(樹脂巻き付きの長さ)/2-(ドリルビットの直径/2)×(ドリルビットの直径/2)×3.14×(樹脂巻き付きの長さ)
 結果を表4及び5に示す。また、各例のドリルビットの樹脂巻き付き量を比較したグラフを図8に示す。
(4)ドリルビット先端の磨耗量
 孔あけ加工前のドリルビットの刃先を、その先端側から、倍率200倍で、V-LASER顕微鏡(型番:VK-9700、株式会社キーエンス製)にて観察し、ドリルビット先端の切刃の面積を計測した。次いで、6,000hitの孔あけ加工後のドリルビットの先端から加工屑などを取り除いた後、そのドリルビットの刃先を、上記と同様にして観察し、ドリルビット先端の磨耗していない切刃の面積を計測した。ドリルビット先端の摩耗量を、下記式から算出した。面積の単位は全て同じである。
 ドリルビット先端の磨耗量(%)=[(孔あけ加工前のドリルビットの切刃の面積-孔あけ加工後の磨耗していない切刃の面積)/孔あけ加工前のドリルビットの切刃の面積]×100
 結果を表4及び5に示す。また、各例のドリルビット先端の磨耗量を比較したグラフを図9に示す。

 表4及び表5に示すとおり、樹脂組成物の樹脂100質量部に対して、固体潤滑剤として二硫化タングステンを10質量部~200質量部添加することで、孔位置精度が格段に向上することがわかる。また、実施例1と比較例1の孔位置精度の違いは、ドリル加工寿命の点でみると、二硫化タングステンを用いた実施例1におけるドリル加工寿命は、二硫化タングステンを添加しない比較例1のドリル加工寿命の4倍以上に相当することがわかった。また、その二硫化タングステンを用いた実施例1におけるドリル加工寿命は、二硫化モリブデンを用いた比較例8~13、三酸化モリブデンを用いた比較例14~19と比べても、ドリル加工寿命を4倍以上に延ばすことができることがわかった。また、固体潤滑剤として二硫化タングステンと二硫化モリブデン又は黒鉛とを併用した実施例10~24についても、ドリル加工寿命を4倍以上に延ばすことができることがわかった。特に固体潤滑剤として二硫化タングステンと黒鉛とを併用した場合は、ドリル加工寿命をさらに延ばすことができ、また、二硫化タングステンと黒鉛とをそれらの質量比で10:90~90:10で併用した場合は、ドリル加工寿命を一層延ばすことができることが分かった。これまで、孔位置精度をいかに1μm向上させるかという努力をしてきたが、このような格段の孔位置精度向上を果たす本発明の結果は、当業者といえども予測できるものではない。また、表4及び表5の結果に示すとおり、累積孔あけ数のいずれにおいても、二硫化タングステンを固体潤滑剤として用いたドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートは格段に優れた孔位置精度を実現することがわかった。
 表4及び表5の結果から、実施例1~24のエントリーシートは、比較例1~19のエントリーシートに比べて、ドリルビット磨耗が進行していない段階、及び磨耗が進行した段階ともに孔位置精度に優れていることがわかった。二硫化タングステンの添加量を本発明の範囲内に最適化することで、本発明の二硫化タングステンを添加したドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートは、従来技術の二硫化モリブデン、モリブデン酸亜鉛、三酸化モリブデンを添加したドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートに比して、孔位置精度が顕著に優れることがわかった。
 本出願は、2014年3月31日出願の日本特許出願(特願2014-072337)に基づくものであり、その内容はここに参照として取り込まれる。
 本発明によれば、従来のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートに比べて、孔位置精度に優れ、ドリルビットの折損を低減したドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートを提供できる。

  1.  金属箔と、その金属箔の少なくとも片面上に形成された樹脂組成物を含む層と、を備えるドリル孔あけ用エントリーシートであって、
     前記樹脂組成物は、樹脂と、固体潤滑剤としての二硫化タングステンと、を含み、
     前記樹脂組成物に含まれる二硫化タングステンの含有量は、前記樹脂組成物に含まれる樹脂100質量部に対して10質量部~200質量部である、
    ドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  2.  前記樹脂組成物は、二硫化タングステンとは異なる固体潤滑剤を更に含む、請求項1記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  3.  前記樹脂組成物は、前記二硫化タングステンとは異なる固体潤滑剤として黒鉛を含む、請求項2記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  4.  レーザー回折式粒度分布測定装置を用いて測定した前記二硫化タングステンの粒度分布曲線の最大ピークにおける粒径が1~20μmである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  5.  前記樹脂組成物を含む層は、0.02~0.3mmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  6.  前記樹脂組成物は、水溶性樹脂(A)を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  7.  前記水溶性樹脂(A)が、ポリエチレンオキサイド、ポリプロピレンオキサイド、ポリアクリル酸ソーダ、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリビニルピロリドン、セルロース誘導体、ポリテトラメチレングリコール及びポリアルキレングリコールのポリエステル、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、ポリオキシエチレンのモノエーテル類、ポリオキシエチレンモノステアレート、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノステアレート、ポリグリセリンモノステアレート類、及びポリオキシエチレンプロピレン共重合体からなる群より選択される1種又は2種以上である、請求項6記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  8.  前記樹脂組成物は、熱可塑性の非水溶性樹脂を含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  9.  前記熱可塑性の非水溶性樹脂は、アミド系エラストマー、ブタジエン系エラストマー、エステル系エラストマー、オレフィン系エラストマー、ウレタン系エラストマー、スチレン系エラストマー、ポリブテン、低密度ポリエチレン、塩素化ポリエチレン、メタロセン系ポリオレフィン樹脂、エチレン・アクリル酸エステル・無水マレイン酸共重合体、エチレン・グリシジル(メタ)アクリレート共重合体、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂、変性エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂、エチレン・(メタ)アクリル酸共重合樹脂、アイオノマー樹脂、及びエチレン・(メタ)アクリル酸エステル共重合樹脂からなる群より選択される1種又は2種以上である、請求項8記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  10.  前記樹脂組成物は、固体潤滑剤ではない非水溶性潤滑剤を含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  11.  前記固体潤滑剤ではない非水溶性潤滑剤は、アマイド系化合物、脂肪酸系化合物、脂肪酸エステル系化合物、脂肪族炭化水素系化合物、及び高級脂肪族アルコールからなる群より選択される1種又は2種以上である、請求項10に記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  12.  前記金属箔は、0.05~0.5mmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  13.  前記金属箔と前記樹脂組成物を含む層との間に、樹脂皮膜である接着層を有し、前記樹脂皮膜は、0.002~0.02mmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  14.  前記樹脂皮膜は、固体潤滑剤として二硫化タングステンを、前記樹脂皮膜に含まれる樹脂100質量部に対して、1質量部~50質量部含有する、請求項13記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  15.  直径0.30mmφ以下のドリルビットによる孔あけ加工に用いられる、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
  16.  積層板又は多層板のドリル孔あけ加工に用いられる、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載のドリル孔あけ用エントリーシート。
