Claims (14)
- 하기 일반식 1을 만족하고, 100 ㎛ 두께로 제조된 상태에서 두께 방향으로의 투습도가 50 g/m2·day 이하인 점착제를 포함하는 점착 필름:[일반식 1]△X ≤ 0.3 mm상기 일반식 1에서 △X는, 가교 후의 상기 점착제를 포함하는 두께 50 ㎛의 점착제층을 일면에 형성한 기재 필름을 접착 면적 1cm2 유리판에 부착하고, 24시간 숙성시킨 후 80℃에서 1 kg의 하중을 1000초 동안 걸었을 때, 50초 내지 200초 사이에서 상기 점착제층의 밀린 거리 변화를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 1로 표시되는 밀린 거리가 0.01mm 내지 0.3mm인 점착 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가시광선 영역에 대하여 85% 이상의 광투과도를 나타내는 점착 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 3% 이하의 헤이즈를 나타내는 점착 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 점착제는 봉지 수지 및 다관능성의 활성 에너지선 중합성 화합물을 포함하는 점착제 조성물을 포함하는 점착 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 봉지 수지는 디엔 및 하나의 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 포함하는 올레핀계 화합물의 공중합체인 점착 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 활성 에너지선 중합성 화합물은 다관능성 아크릴레이트인 점착 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 점착제 조성물은 점착 부여제를 추가로 포함하는 점착 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 점착제 조성물은 라디칼 개시제를 추가로 포함하는 점착 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 점착제는 수분 흡착제를 포함하는 점착 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점착제를 포함하는 제1층 및 점착성 수지 또는 접착성 수지를 포함하는 제2층을 포함하는 점착 필름.
- 기판; 기판 상에 형성된 유기전자소자; 및 상기 유기전자소자를 봉지하는 제 1 항에 따른 점착 필름을 포함하는 유기전자장치 봉지 제품.
