1. Гибкая стальная труба, сформированная из нескольких сваренных полос, содержащая области основного металла, сварные швы и их зоны термического влияния, в которой предел текучести превышает (примерно) 80 тыс. фунтов/дюйм;и обладающая составом, в который входят железо и:0,17-0,35% углерода по весу;0,30-2,00% марганца по весу;0,10-0,30% кремния по весу;0,010-0,040% алюминия по весу;до 0,010% серы по весу;до 0,015% фосфора по весу;конечную микроструктуру, содержащую смесь отпущенного мартенсита и бейнита;в которой конечная микроструктура гибкой трубы более чем на 90% по объему состоит из отпущенного мартенсита в областях основного металла, на сварных швах и в зонах термического влияния;в которой конечная микроструктура во всех областях основного металла, на сварных швов и в зонах термического влияния является однородной;в которой конечная микроструктура имеет равномерное распределение мелкозернистых карбидов во всех областях основного металла, на сварных швов и в зонах термического влияния.2. Claims (22)
1. Гибкая стальная труба, сформированная из нескольких сваренных полос, содержащая области основного металла, сварные швы и их зоны термического влияния, в которой предел текучести превышает (примерно) 80 тыс. фунтов/дюйм2;
и обладающая составом, в который входят железо и:
0,17-0,35% углерода по весу;
0,30-2,00% марганца по весу;
0,10-0,30% кремния по весу;
0,010-0,040% алюминия по весу;
до 0,010% серы по весу;
до 0,015% фосфора по весу;
конечную микроструктуру, содержащую смесь отпущенного мартенсита и бейнита;

13. Способ формирования гибких стальных труб, в котором:
предусматривают полосы, в состав которых входит железо и:
0,17-0,35% углерода по весу;
0,30-2,00% марганца по весу;
0,10-0,30% кремния по весу;
0,010-0,040% алюминия по весу;
до 0,010% серы по весу;
до 0,015% фосфора по весу;
сваривают полосы друг с другом;
формируют трубы из сваренных полос, причем труба содержит области основного металла, сварные швы и зоны их термического влияния;
проводят аустенизацию трубы при температуре в диапазоне 900-1000°C;
закаливают трубу для формирования конечной микроструктуры мартенсита и бейнита, в которой микроструктура после закалки содержит по меньшей мере 90% мартенсита в областях основного металла, на сварных швах и в зонах термического влияния;
отпускают закаленную трубу при температуре в диапазоне 550-720°C, причем отпуск закаленной трубы позволяет получить предел текучести выше (примерно) 80 тыс. фунтов/дюйм2;
в котором микроструктура во всех областях основного металла, на сварных швах и в зонах термического влияния является однородной;
в котором микроструктура содержит равномерное распределение мелкозернистых карбидов во всех областях основного металла, на сварных швах и в зонах термического влияния.
14. Способ по п. 13, в котором сварка полос содержит угловую сварку.
15. Способ по п. 13, в котором формирование трубы предусматривает формирование линейного стыка.
16. Способ по п. 13, в котором дополнительно наматывают закаленную трубу на бухту.
17. Способ по п. 13, в котором аустенизация приводит к образованию зерен крупностью менее 20 мкм в областях основного металла, на сварных швах и в зонах термического влияния.
18. Способ по п. 13, в котором в состав трубы входит:
до 1,0% хрома по весу;
до 0,5% молибдена по весу;
до 0,0030% бора по весу;
до 0,030% титана по весу;
до 0,50% меди по весу;
до 0,50% никеля по весу;
до 0,1% ниобия по весу;
до 0,15% ванадия по весу;
до 0,0050% кислорода по весу;
до 0,05% кальция по весу.
19. Способ по п. 18, в котором в состав трубы включают:
от 0,17 до 0,30% углерода по весу;
от 0,30 до 1,60% марганца по весу;
от 0,10 до 0,20% кремния по весу;
до 0,7% хрома по весу;
до 0,5% молибдена по весу;
от 0,0005 до 0,0025% бора по весу;
от 0,010 до 0,025% титана по весу;
от 0,25 до 0,35% меди по весу;
от 0,20 до 0,35% никеля по весу;
до 0,04% ниобия по весу;
до 0,10% ванадия по весу;
до 0,00015% кислорода по весу;
до 0,03% кальция по весу;
до 0,003% серы по весу;
до 0,010% фосфора по весу.
20. Способ по п. 13, в котором закаленная труба имеет предел текучести, превышающий или равный 125 тыс. фунтов/дюйм2.
21. Способ по п. 13, в котором закаленная труба имеет минимальный предел текучести, равный 140 тыс.фунтов/дюйм2.
22. Способ по п. 13, в котором закаленная труба имеет минимальный предел текучести в диапазоне от 125 до 140 тыс. фунтов/дюйм2.
