Abstract
Un tubo de acero sin costura de alta resistencia para pozos petrolíferos con excelente resistencia a fisuras por tensiones de sulfuro, el cual comprende los siguiente elemento, en % en masa, C: 0,1 a 0,20%, SI: 0,5 a 1,0%, Mn: 0,05 a 1,0%, Cr: 0,05 a 1,5%, Mo: 0,05 a 1,0%, Al: 0,10% o menos, Ti: 0,002 a 0,05% y B: 0,003 a 0,005%, con un valor de ecuacion ôC + Mn/6 + Cr/5 + Mo/3ö de 0,43 o más, siendo el resto Fe e impurezas, y entre las impurezas P: 0,025% o menos, S: 0,010% o menos y N: 0,007% o menos. El tubo de acero sin costura puede contener una cantidad especificada de uno o más de los elementos V y Nb, y/o una cantidad especificada de uno o más de los elementos Ca, M y tierras raras. El tubo de acero sin costura puede ser fabricado a bajo coso adaptando un procedimiento en línea de fabricacion de tubos y tratamiento térmico con elevada eficiencia de produccion, ya que no se requiere tratamiento de recalentamiento para la refinacion de los granos.
