Abstract
Винахід належить до галузі чорної металургії, а саме до способу виготовлення холоднокатаного сталевого листа, з міцністю більше 1000 МПа, розподіленим подовженням більше 12 % і V-вигином більше 90°, склад якого включає, в масових відсотках: 0,15≤С<0,25, 1,8≤Mn≤3,0, 1,2≤Si≤2,0, Al≤0,10, Cr≤0,50, Cu≤1,0, Ni≤1,0, S≤0,005, P≤0,020, Nb≤0,015, Ті≤0,020, V≤0,015, Co≤1,0, N≤0,008, В≤0,001, причому Мn+Ni+Сu≤3, решта - залізо, і неминучі домішки, що утворюються при виготовленні. Мікроструктура складається в частках площі з 5-20 % полігонального фериту, 10-15 % залишкового аустеніту, 5-15 % мартенситу, решта - бейніт у вигляді вузьких пластинок, де між цими вузькими пластинками включені карбіди так, що число N міжпластинчастих карбідів з розміром, що перевищує 0,1 мкм на одиницю площі поверхні, складає менше або рівне 50000/мм.
