Abstract

Un tubo de acero sin costura para acumulador de bolsa neumática anti-choque que puede ser fabricado por tratamiento térmico de normalizacion sin templado y revenido y que tiene una resistencia a la traccion de al menos 850 MPa y resistencia a estallido a -20°C, tiene una composicion de acero que comprende, en % en masa, C: 0,08-0,20%, Si: 0,1-1,0%, Mn: 0,6-2,0%, P: corno máximo 0,025%. S: como máximo 0,010%, Cr: 0,05-1,0%, Mo: 0,05-1,0%, Al: 0,002 -0,10%, al menos un elemento de Ca: 0,0003-0,01%, Mg: 0,0003- 0,01%, y tierras raras: 0,0003-0,01%, al menos un elemento de Ti: 0,002-0,1% y Nb: 0,002-0,1%, con Ceq, el cual es definido por la siguiente ecuacion (1) entre 0,45-0,63, y un resto de Fe e impurezas, siendo la estructura metalurgica una estructura mixta de ferrita + bainita con fraccion de área de bainita de al menos 10%: Ceq = C + Si/24 + Mn/6 + (Cr + Mo)/5 + (Ni + Cu)/15 ... (1) donde el símbolo para cada elemento en la ecuacion (1) indica el numero que expresa el porcentaje en masa del elemento.
