Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"TUBO DE AçO DE GRANULAçãO SUPERFINA E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DO MESMO"<D>. São apresentados um tubo de aço contendo grãos finos de cristal de ferrita que apresenta uma rijeza e ductilidade excelentes e um bom equilibrio de ductilidade-resistência, bem como uma resistência superior ao impacto por colisão, e um processo para a produção do mesmo. Um tubo de aço contendo grãos superfinos de cristal pode ser produzido com o aquecimento de um tubo de aço de base que apresenta grãos de ferrita com um diâmetro médio de cristal di (<109>m), no qual C, Si, Mn e Al são limitados dentro de faixas adequadas, e, caso necessário, Cu, Ni, Cr, e Mo, ou Nb, Ti, V, B, etc., são adicionalmente acrescentados, não acima do ponto de transformação, Ac~ 3~, e com a aplicação de redução em uma temperatura de laminação média de Ïm(‹C) e uma razão de redução total Tred (%) dentro de uma faixa de temperatura de 400 ao ponto de transformação Ac~ 3~ com di, Ïm e Tred se encontrando em uma relação que satisfaça uma equação prescrita.
