Abstract

"TUBO DE AçO SOLDADO QUE APRESENTA UMA EXCELENTE HIDROCONFORMABILIDADE, E PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". Tubo de aço soldado que é formado por aquecimento ou embebimento de um tubo de aço soldado não-tratado, que apresenta uma composição de aço que contém, com base na porcentagem em massa, de cerca de 0,05% a cerca de 0,2% de C, de cerca de 0,2% ou menos de Si, de cerca de 1,5% ou menos de Mn, de cerca de 0,1% ou menos de P, de cerca de 0,01% ou menos de S, de cerca de 0,1% ou menos de Al, e de cerca de 0,01% ou menos de N, e pela laminação por desbaste do tubo de aço tratado em uma taxa de desbaste cumulativa de pelo menos 35% e em uma temperatura de laminação final de cerca de 500<198>C a cerca de 900<198>C. O tubo de aço soldado exibe uma excelente hidroformabilidade, isto é, apresenta uma resistência à tração de pelo menos cerca de 400 MPa e um produto de n x r de pelo menos 0,22. O tubo de aço tratado é preferivelmente laminado por desbaste em uma taxa de desbaste cumulativa de pelo menos cerca de 20% abaixo do ponto de transformação Ar~ 3~.
