본 발명의 일 측면은 중량%로, C: 0.15∼0.25%, Si: 0.6∼2.0%, Mn: 1.5∼3.0%, Al: 0.01∼0.1%, Cr: 0.01~0.5%, Mo: 0.005~0.2%, P: 0.001∼0.05%, S: 0.001∼0.05%, N: 0.001∼0.01%, Nb: 0.003~0.1%, Ti: 0.003~0.1%, V: 0.003~0.1%, B: 0.0005~0.005%, 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 하기 관계식 1 및 관계식 2를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연성이 우수한 초고강도 열연강판에 관한 것이다. 관계식 1: 4.5 ≤ [Mn]+12[sol.C]+2.5[Mo]+2[Cr]+300[B]+[V] ≤ 5.3 관계식 2: [sol.C] = [C] - (0.25[Ti]+0.13[Nb]+0.125[Mo]), 0.17 ≤ [sol.C] ≤ 0.22 (상기 관계식 1 및 관계식 2에서 각 원소 기호는 각 원소의 함량을 중량%로 나타낸 값임.)
