Abstract

Un tubo de acero sin costura para un acumulador de bolsa de aire que puede ser fabricado por tratamiento de calor de normalización sin temple general instantáneo y revenido y que tiene una resistencia a la tracción de por lo menos 850 MPa y resistencia a reventón en -20ºC tiene una composición de acero que comprende en masa %, de C: 0.08 - 0.20%, Si: 0.1 - 1.0%, Mn: 0.6 - 2.0%, P: máximo 0.025%, S: máximo 0.010 %, Cr: 0.05 - 1.0%, Mo: 0.05 - 1.0%, Al: 0.002 - 0.10%, por lo menos uno de Ca: 0.0003 - 0.01 %, Mg: 0.0003 - 0.01 %, y REM (metales de tierra rara): 0.0003 - 0.01%, por lo menos uno de Ti: 0.002 - 0.1 % y Nb: 0.002 - 0.1%, con Ceq que se define con la siguiente ecuación (1) está en el rango de 0.45 - 0.63, siendo la estructura metalúrgica una estructura mixta de ferrita + bainita: Ceq = C + Si/24 + Mn/6 + (Cr + Mo)/5 + (Ni + Cu)/ 15 (1) En donde el símbolo para cada elemento de la Ecuación (1) indica el número que expresa la masa % del elemento.
