Abstract

La presente tiene el propósito de proporcionar un tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable martensítico para la industria del petróleo que tiene un límite de elasticidad de 758 MPa (110 ksi) o más, y excelente resistencia al agrietamiento por tensocorrosión inducido por sulfuros. También se proporciona un método para fabricar dicho tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable martensítico. El tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable martensítico para la industria del petróleo que tiene un límite de elasticidad de 758 MPa o más tiene una composición que contiene, en %/masa, C: 0,010% o más, Si: 0,5% o menos, Mn: entre 0,05 y 0,24%, P: 0,030% o menos, S: 0,005% o menos, Ni: entre 4,6 y 8,0%, Cr. entre 10,0 y 14,0%, Mo: entre 1,0 y 2,7%, Al: 0,1% o menos, V: entre 0,005 y 0,2%, N: 0,1% o menos, Ti: entre 0,06 y 0,25%, Cu: entre 0,01 y 1,0%, y Co: entre 0,01 y 1,0%, en el cual C, Mn, Cr, Cu, Ni, Mo, W, Nb, N y Ti satisfacen las relaciones predeterminadas, y el resto es Fe e impurezas incidentales.
