Abstract

La presente pretende proporcionar un tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable martensítico para materiales tubulares para pozos de petróleo que tiene un límite elástico de 758 MPa o más, y una excelente resistencia al agrietamiento por corrosión bajo tensión de sulfuro. Asimismo, se proporciona un método para fabricar dicho tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable martensítico. El tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable martensítico para materiales tubulares para pozos de petróleo tiene una composición que contiene, en % en masa, C: 0,010% o más, Si: 0,5% o menos, Mn: entre 0,05% y 0,50%, P: 0,030% o menos, S: 0,005% o menos, Ni: entre 4,6% y 8,0%, Cr: entre 10% y 14,0%, Mo: entre 1,0% y 2,7%, Al: 0,1% o menos, V: entre 0,005% y 0,2%, N: 0,1% o menos, Ti: entre 0,255% y 0,500%, Cu: entre 0,01% y 1,0%, y Co: entre 0,01% y 1,0%. C, Mn, Cr, Cu, Ni, Mo, W, Nb, N y Ti satisfacen la relación predeterminada, y el resto es Fe e impurezas incidentales. El tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable martensítico tiene un límite elástico de 758 MPa o más.
