Abstract
En este documento se proporciona una tubería sin costura doble de acero inoxidable que tiene una excelente resistencia a la corrosión y un alto límite elástico axial, y que tiene una pequeña diferencia entre su límite elástico axial y el límite elástico axial de compresión. La presente también pretende proporcionar un método para fabricar una tubería sin costura doble de acero inoxidable. El tubo sin costura doble de acero inoxidable tiene una composición que comprende, en % en masa, C: 0,005 al 0,08%, Si: 0,01 al 1,0%, Mn: 0,01 al 10,0%, Cr: 20 al 35%, Ni: 1 al 15%, Mo: 0,5 al 6,0%, N: 0,150 a menos del 0,400%, y uno, dos o más seleccionados de Ti: 0,0001 al 0,3%, Al: 0,0001 al 0,3%, V: 0,005 al 1,5%, Nb: 0,005 a menos del 1,5%, y el saldo es Fe e impurezas incidentales. La tubería sin costura doble de acero inoxidable contiene N, Ti, Al, V y Nb para satisfacer la siguiente fórmula (1). La tubería sin costura doble de acero inoxidable tiene un límite elástico axial de 757 MPa o más, y una relación de 0,85 a 1,15 como una fracción del límite elástico de compresión axial al límite elástico axial. 0,150 > N - (1,58 Ti + 2,70 Al + 1,58 V + 1,44 Nb) (1), en donde N, Ti, Al, V y Nb representan el contenido de cada elemento en % en masa. (El contenido es 0 (cero) por ciento para los elementos que no están contenidos).
