Abstract
Se proporciona en la presente un tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable dúplex que tiene excelente resistencia a la corrosión y alto límite elástico a tracción axial, y que tiene una pequeña diferencia entre su límite elástico a tracción axial y su límite elástico a compresión axial. La invención también está destinada a proporcionar un método para la fabricación de un tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable dúplex de este tipo. El tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable dúplex tiene una composición que comprende, en % en masa, C: 0.005 a 0.08%, Si: 0.01 a 1.0%, Mn: 0.01 a 10.0%, Cr: 20 a 35%, Ni: 1 a 15%, Mo: 0.5 a 6.0%, N: 0.150 a menos de 0.400%, y uno, dos o más seleccionados de entre Ti: 0.0001 a 0.3%, Al: 0.0001 a 0.3%, V: 0.005 a 1.5%, Nb: 0.005 a menos de 1.5%, y el resto que es Fe e impurezas incidentales. El tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable dúplex contiene N, Ti, Al, V, y Nb a fin de satisfacer la siguiente fórmula (1). El tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable dúplex tiene un límite elástico a tracción axial de 757 MPa o más, y una relación de 0.85 a 1.15 como una fracción de límite elástico a compresión axial con respecto a límite elástico a tracción axial. 0.150 > N - (1.58Ti + 2.70Al + 1.58V + 1.44Nb) ... (1), en donde N, Ti, Al, V, y Nb representan el contenido de cada elemento en % en masa. (El contenido es 0 (cero) por ciento para los elementos que no están contenidos).
