Abstract

Se proporciona un tubo de acero sin costura que tiene una excelente resistencia a SSC con variación de resistencia en una dirección circunferencial y una dirección axial suprimida. El tubo de acero sin costura de la presente modalidad consiste de, en % en masa, C: 0.21 a 0.35%, Si: 0.10 a 0.50%, Mn: 0.05 a 1.00%, P: 0.025% o menos, S: 0.010% o menos, Al: 0.005 a 0.100%, N: 0.010% o menos, Cr: 0.05 a 1.50%, Mo: 0.10 a 1.50%, Nb: 0.010 a 0.050%, B: 0.0003 a 0.0050%, y Ti: 0.002 a 0.050%, el resto siendo Fe e impurezas. En una región del cuerpo principal del tubo de acero sin costura, un número de tamaño de grano de austenita previo conforme a ASTM E112 es de 7.0 o más, una diferencia entre un valor máximo y un valor mínimo del número de tamaño de grano es de 1.0 o menos, el límite elástico es de 655 a menos de 862 MPa, y una diferencia entre un valor máximo y un valor mínimo de resistencia a la tracción es de 27.6 MPa o menos.
