Abstract
En el presente documento se proporciona un acero inoxidable dúplex que tiene excelente resistencia a la corrosión por dióxido de carbono, excelente resistencia a la fractura por corrosión bajo tensión por sulfuro, y excelente resistencia a la fractura bajo tensión por sulfuro. El acero inoxidable dúplex contiene, en % en masa, C: 0,03% o menos, Si: 1,0% o menos, Mn: entre 0,10 y 1,5%, P: 0,030% o menos, S: 0,005% o menos, Cr: entre 20,0 y 30,0%, Ni: entre 5,0 y 10,0%, Mo: entre 2,0 y 5,0%, Cu: entre 2,0 y 6,0%, N: menos del 0,07%, al menos uno seleccionado entre Al: entre 0,05 y 1,0%, Ti: entre 0,02 y 1,0%, y Nb: entre 0,02 y 1,0%, y el equilibrio de Fe y las impurezas inevitables, y tiene una estructura que es de 20 a 70% de fase de austenita, y de 30 a 80% de fase de ferrita, en términos de una fracción de volumen.
