Abstract
La invención tiene la intención de proporcionar un tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable martensítico para productos tubulares de región petrolífera que tiene una tensión de fluencia de 758 MPa (110 ksi) o más, y excelente resistencia al agrietamiento por corrosión bajo tensión en presencia de sulfuros. También se proporciona un método para la fabricación de un tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable martensítico de este tipo. El tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable martensítico para productos tubulares de región petrolífera que tiene una tensión de fluencia de 758 MPa o más tiene una composición que contiene, en % en masa, C: 0.010% o más, Si: 0.5% o menos, Mn: 0.05 a 0.24%, P: 0.030% o menos, S: 0.005% o menos, Ni: 4.6 a 8.0%, Cr: 10.0 a 14.0%, Mo: 1.0 a 2.7%, Al: 0.1% o menos, V: 0.005 a 0.2%, N: 0.1% o menos, Ti: 0.06 a 10 0.25%, Cu: 0.01 a 1.0%, y Co: 0.01 a 1.0%, en el cual C, Mn, Cr, Cu, Ni, Mo, W, Nb, N, y Ti satisfacen las relaciones predeterminadas, y el resto es Fe e impurezas incidentales.
