Abstract
En la presente se proporciona un tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable de alta resistencia para productos tubulares de región petrolífera que sobresale en tenacidad a baja temperatura, resistencia a la corrosión por dióxido de carbono, resistencia al agrietamiento por corrosión bajo tensión en presencia de sulfuros, y resistencia al agrietamiento bajo tensión en presencia de sulfuros. El tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable de alta resistencia que tiene un límite elástico de 862 MPa o más contiene, en % en masa, C: 0.05% o menos, Si: 0.5% o menos, Mn: 0.15 a 1.0%, P: 0.030% o menos, S: 0.005% o menos, Cr: 14.5 a 17.5%, Ni: 3.0 a 6.0%, Mo: 2.7 a 5.0%, Cu: 0.3 a 4.0%, W: 0.1 a 2.5%, V: 0.02 a 0.20%, Al: 0.10% o menos, N: 0.15% o menos, B: 0.0005 a 0.0100%, y el resto de Fe e impurezas inevitables, y en el cual el C, el Si, el Mn, el Cr, el Ni, el Mo, el Cu, y el N satisfacen una fórmula específica, y el Cu, el Mo, el W, el Cr, y el Ni satisfacen una fórmula específica. El tubo de acero inoxidable tiene más de 45% de fase de martensita, de 10 a 45% de fase de ferrita, y 30% o menos de fase de austenita retenida. Los granos de ferrita tienen un tamaño máximo de grano de cristal de 500 µm o menos según lo medido en una inspección de una región continua de 100 mm2 al suponer que granos que tienen una diferencia de orientación de cristal de no más de 15° representan los mismos granos en difracción de electrones por retrodispersión (EBSD).
