TUBO DE AÇO INOXIDÁVEL SEM COSTURA E MÉTODO PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE TUBO DE AÇO INOXIDÁVEL SEM COSTURA. É fornecido aqui um tubo de aço inoxidável sem costura. Um tubo de aço inoxidável sem costura da presente invenção tem uma composição que contém, em % em massa, C: 0,06% ou menos, Si: 1,0% ou menos, Mn: 0,01% ou mais e 1,0% ou menos, P: 0,05% ou menos, S: 0,005% ou menos, Cr: 15,2% ou mais e 18,5% ou menos, Mo: 1,5% ou mais e 4,3% ou menos, Cu: 1,1% ou mais e 3,5% ou menos, Ni: 3,0% ou mais e 6,5% ou menos, Al: 0,10% ou menos, N: 0,10% ou menos, O: 0,010% ou menos, e Sb: 0,001% ou mais e 1,000% ou menos, e em que C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu e N satisfazem a fórmula predeterminada, e o equilíbrio é Fe e impurezas acidentais, o tubo de aço inoxidável sem costura com uma microestrutura contendo 30% ou mais de fase martensítica, 65% ou menos de fase ferrita e 40% ou menos de fase austenita retida em volume, o tubo de aço inoxidável sem costura com um limite de escoamento de 758 MPa ou mais.
