Abstract
Se describe un tubo de acero sin costura de alta resistencia, el cual tiene una resistencia a la fisura por esfuerzo de sulfuro excelente (resistencia a SSC), para uso en pozos petroleros. Específicamente el tubo de acero sin costura tiene una composición que contiene, en % en masa: C: 0.15-0.50%, Si: 0.1-1.0%, Mn: 0.3-1.0%, P: 0.015-% o menos, S: 0.005% o menos, Al: 0.01-0.1% o menos, N: 0.01% o menos, Cr: 0.1-1.7%, Mo: 0.40-1.1%, V: 0.01-0.08%, Nb: 0.01-0.08%, B: 0.0005-0.003% y opcionalmente Cu: 0.03-1.0%; donde 0.40% o más de Mo soluto es incluido dentro del Mo mencionado anteriormente; y una composición formada por la dispersión de 0.06% en masa o más de precipitados de M2C particulado rugoso, el cual tiene una fase principal de martensita templada y tiene granos de austenita con un número de granos de 8.5 o mayor.
