Abstract

Se provee un caño de acero inoxidable sin costura, de alta resistencia, destinado a tubos para la industria del petróleo que es excelente en su aptitud para el trabajo en caliente, que tiene una alta resistencia, que suprime la dispersión en la resistencia y que tiene una excelente resistencia a la corrosión por dióxido de carbono. El caño de acero sin costura de la presente es un caño de acero inoxidable sin costura, de alta resistencia, destinado a tubos para la industria del petróleo con un límite de elasticidad de 655 MPa o más, donde el caño de acero inoxidable sin costura comprende una composición que contiene C: 0,005 a 0,05%; Si: 0,05 a 0,50%; Mn: 0,20 a 1,80%; P: 0,030% o menos; S: 0,005% o menos; Cr: 12,0 a 17,0%; Ni: 4,0 a 7,0%; Mo: 0,5 a 3,0%; Al: 0,005 a 0,10%; V: 0,005 a 0,20%, Co: 0,01 a 1,0%; N: 0,005 a 0,15%, y O: 0,010% o menos, expresados como % en masa, donde el Cr, el Ni, el Mo, el Cu y el C satisfacen una ecuación especificada, y el Cr, el Mo, el Si, el C, el Mn, el Ni, el Cu y el N satisfacen una ecuación especificada, siendo el resto Fe y impurezas inevitables.
