Abstract
Se provee un tubo de acero sin costura apto para tubos de línea con alta resistencia y alta tenacidad. El tubo de acero sin costura apto para tubos de línea de acuerdo con la presente que contiene, expresado en porcentaje de masa, C: 0.02 a 0.10%, Si: a lo sumo 0.5%, Mn: 0.5 a 2.0%, Al: 0.01 a 0.1%, P: a lo sumo 0.03%, S: a lo sumo 0.005%, Ca: a lo sumo 0.005%, y N: a lo sumo 0.007%, y además contiene al menos un elemento seleccionado del grupo que consiste de Ti: a lo sumo 0.008%, V: menos de 0.06%, y Nb: a lo sumo 0.05%, balanceado con Fe e impurezas. Para el tubo de acero sin costura apto para tubos de línea, el equivalente de carbono Ceq definido por la fórmula (1) es de por lo menos 0.38, en donde el contenido de Ti, V y Nb satisface la fórmula (2), y el tamaño de carbo-nitruro que contiene al menos uno de los siguientes elementos Ti, y, Nb y Al es de a lo sumo 200 nm.Ceq = C + Mn/6 + (Cr + Mo + V)/5 + (Ni + Cu)/15 (1) Ti + V + Nb < 0.06 (2).
