Abstract
Se provee un tubo de acero para inyeccion de vapor con un alto límite elástico incluso a una temperatura de 350 C. El tubo de acero sin costura para inyeccion de vapor de acuerdo con la presente invencion presenta una composicion química que comprende, en porcentaje de masa, C: 0.03 a 0.08%, Si: 0.05 a 0.5%, Mn: 1.5 a 3.0%, Mo: más de 0.4 a 1.2%, Al: 0.005 a 0.100%, Ca: 0.001 a 0.005%, N: 0.002 a 0.015%, P: no más de 0.03%, S: no más de 0.01%, y Cu: no más de 1.5%, balanceado con Fe e impurezas. El tubo de acero sin costura es enfriado en agua luego de ser manufacturado por trabajo en caliente y luego es templado y revenido.
