Abstract
Las realizaciones de la presente descripción se refieren a métodos de fabricación de tubos de acero que se pueden utilizar para la exploración minera, y varillas hechas a través de los mismos. Reivindicación 1: Un método de fabricación de un tubo de acero, caracterizado porque comprende: colar un acero de cierta composición en una barra o plancha, la composición comprende: entre aproximadamente 0.18 y aproximadamente 0.32% en peso de carbono; entre aproximadamente 0.3 y aproximadamente 1.6% en peso de manganeso; entre aproximadamente 0.1 y aproximadamente 0.6% en peso de silicio; entre aproximadamente 0.005 y aproximadamente 0.08% en peso de aluminio; entre aproximadamente 0.2 y aproximadamente 1.5% en peso de cromo; entre aproximadamente 0.2 y aproximadamente 1.0% en peso de molibdeno; en tanto el resto comprende hierro e impurezas; en tanto la cantidad de cada elemento se provee en base al peso total de la composición del acero; moldear un tubo; templar el tubo desde una temperatura austenítica para obtener un tubo frío; estirar en frío el tubo frío para obtener el tubo final; y templar el tubo final para obtener el tubo de acero.
