Abstract
Запропонований холоднокатаний і відпалений лист з мартенситної сталі. Сталевий лист включає в масових відсотках, 0,30≤С≤ 0,5 %, 0,2≤Μn≤ 1,5 %, 0,5≤Si≤ 3,0 %, 0,02≤Ті≤ 0,05 %, 0,001≤Ν≤0,008 %, 0,0010≤В≤0,0030 %, 0,01≤Nb≤ 0,1 %, 0,2≤Сr≤2,0 %, Ρ≤0,02 %, S≤0,005 %, Al≤1 %, Mo≤1 % і Ni≤0,5 %. Решта складу включає залізо і неминучі домішки, що утворюються при плавленні. Мікроструктура 100 % мартенситна і розмір колишнього аустенітного зерна складає менше 20 мкм. Сталевий лист має стійкість до сповільненого руйнування принаймні 24 години при випробуванні на U-вигин зануренням в кислоту.
