Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un tubo de acero sin costura de pared gruesa, caracterizado porque comprende: una composición de acero que comprende: 0.05% en peso a 0.16% en peso de carbono; 0.20% en peso a 0.90% en peso de manganeso; 0.10% en peso a 0.50% en peso de silicio; 1.20% en peso a 2.60% en peso de cromo; 0.05% en peso a 0.50% en peso de níquel; 0.80% en peso a 1.20% en peso de molibdeno; 0.005% en peso a 0.12% en peso de vanadio 0.008% en peso a 0.04% en peso de aluminio; 0.0030% en peso a 0.0120% en peso de nitrógeno; y 0.0010% en peso a 0.005% en peso de calcio; en tanto el espesor de pared del tubo de acero es mayor o igual a 35 mm.; y en tanto el tubo de acero se procesa de modo que posea una resistencia a la fluencia de 450 MPa o mayor y la microestructura del tubo de acero comprende martensita a un porcentaje en volumen mayor o igual a 50% y bainita inferior a un porcentaje en volumen menor o igual a 50%.Reivindicación 15: Un método de fabricación de un tubo de acero de pared gruesa, caracterizado porque comprende: proveer un acero que posee una composición de acero al carbono; transformar la chapa de acero en un tubo que posee un espesor de pared mayor o igual a 35 mm.; calentar el tubo de acero obtenido en una primera operación de calentamiento hasta una temperatura que oscila entre 900ºC y 1060ºC; enfriar el tubo de acero obtenido a una tasa mayor o igual a 7ºC/s, en tanto la micro estructura del acero enfriado es mayor o igual a 50% martensita y menor o igual a 50% bainita inferior y posee un tamaño de grano de austenita promedio previo superior a 15 mm; y templar el tubo de acero enfriado a una temperatura que oscila entre 680ºC y 760ºC; en tanto el tubo de acero luego del templado posee una resistencia a la fluencia superior a 450 MPa y una energía de impacto Charpy con muesca en V superior o igual a 150 J.
